【摘要】:質(zhì)量管理對(duì)企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展意義重大,而“質(zhì)量是設(shè)計(jì)出來(lái)的”的觀念早已深入人心。因此研發(fā)領(lǐng)域,特別是新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)的質(zhì)量管理是關(guān)系到企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。身處于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的快消品行業(yè),日用化學(xué)品企業(yè)由于其自身的特點(diǎn)更容易忽視產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)的質(zhì)量管理,新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)或者新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用開(kāi)發(fā)帶有一定的隨機(jī)性盲目性,給將來(lái)的新產(chǎn)品制造或使用帶來(lái)質(zhì)量隱患。同時(shí),在行業(yè)內(nèi),企業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新的普遍存在的現(xiàn)狀主要是以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向,過(guò)分強(qiáng)調(diào)結(jié)果而忽視過(guò)程,導(dǎo)致了項(xiàng)目人員在新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中質(zhì)量管理和控制的意識(shí)的缺乏,使得最終產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量往往靠最后的檢驗(yàn)或?qū)嶒?yàn)驗(yàn)證來(lái)把關(guān),對(duì)于項(xiàng)目或者產(chǎn)品來(lái)說(shuō)都非常不可控。由此造成新產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定,質(zhì)量事故經(jīng)常發(fā)生。因此,有必要對(duì)該行業(yè)的企業(yè)的新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程的質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行研究,提升企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文以企業(yè)的新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)流程管理體系作為主要研究對(duì)象,討論了日用化學(xué)品企業(yè)L公司的情況。在研究L公司新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)L公司目前的新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程的現(xiàn)狀,從“人、機(jī)、料、法、環(huán)、測(cè)”幾大方面,對(duì)可能影響新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)質(zhì)量的因素進(jìn)行了摸查與分析,從而為L(zhǎng)公司診斷,需要進(jìn)行整體質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)導(dǎo)入,并建設(shè)研發(fā)信息管理系統(tǒng);輔以對(duì)研發(fā)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行一定的調(diào)整完善、改善溝通方式,打通溝通障礙;通過(guò)改善組織與激勵(lì)、提升相關(guān)人員的質(zhì)量意識(shí)與梳理企業(yè)質(zhì)量文化。系統(tǒng)性改善L公司的新產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理。 本文根據(jù)上述改進(jìn)措施,包括完善研發(fā)組織架構(gòu),,完善管理制度與增強(qiáng)質(zhì)量文化;通過(guò)引入整體質(zhì)量管理體系新產(chǎn)品體系對(duì)新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)流程進(jìn)行科學(xué)的改造;通過(guò)建設(shè)研發(fā)信息管理系統(tǒng)使L公司新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)流程信息化與自動(dòng)化,研究幾項(xiàng)改進(jìn)措施的效果,以及效果的評(píng)價(jià)方法?傮w而言,這些改進(jìn)措施都有其自身的成效,有些是可量化的,有些是顯而易見(jiàn)的卻較難量化評(píng)價(jià)。 最終探討表明,L公司建立了一套自洽的、較為完善的新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)的質(zhì)量管理體系,極大的降低了新產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的隱患。
[Abstract]:Quality management is of great significance to the survival and development of enterprises, and the concept of "quality is designed" has been deeply rooted in people's hearts. Therefore, R & D field, especially the quality management of new product development is related to the core competitiveness of enterprises. Being in the competitive industry of fast product elimination, daily chemical enterprises are more likely to ignore the quality management of product design and development because of their own characteristics. The development of new products or the application of new technologies has a certain randomness of blindness. To the future new product manufacture or use brings the quality hidden danger. At the same time, in the industry, the prevailing status of enterprise science and technology innovation is mainly based on the results, too much emphasis on the results and neglect of the process, resulting in the lack of awareness of quality management and control in the process of new product development. The quality of the final product is often checked by the final inspection or experimental verification, which is very uncontrollable for the project or the product. As a result, the quality of new products is unstable, quality accidents often occur. Therefore, it is necessary to study the quality management of the new product development process in this industry to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises. Taking the new product development process management system as the main research object, this paper discusses the situation of L Company, a daily chemical enterprise. On the basis of studying the new product development process of L Company, according to the current situation of L Company's new product development process, from the aspects of "people, machine, material, law, ring, measurement", The factors that may affect the quality of new product development are investigated and analyzed, so as to diagnose L Company, it is necessary to import the whole quality management system and build the R & D information management system. In addition, the organization structure of R & D should be adjusted and perfected to improve the communication mode and break through the communication barriers. Through improving the organization and motivation, the quality awareness of the relevant personnel and the quality culture of the enterprise can be improved. Systematic improvement of L Company's new product quality management. According to the above improvement measures, this paper includes perfecting the organizational structure of R & D, perfecting the management system and strengthening the quality culture, reforming the new product development process scientifically by introducing the whole quality management system and new product system. Through the construction of R & D information management system to make L Company's new product development process information and automation, this paper studies the effect of several improvement measures and the evaluation method of the effect. In general, these improvements have their own effects, some are quantifiable, others are obvious but difficult to quantify. The final discussion shows that the company has established a set of self-consistent, relatively perfect quality management system for new product development, which greatly reduces the hidden trouble of the new product quality problem.
