手機軟體外場測試項目流程分析與優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)日新月異的發(fā)展,單純的通信功能已無法滿足用戶日益增長的需求,人們對手機性能和功能多樣化的要求變得越來越高。H公司自2005年發(fā)展自身手機業(yè)務(wù)后,隨著業(yè)務(wù)量的擴大,產(chǎn)品銷售額不斷的增長,公司面臨的競爭環(huán)境也日益激烈,傳統(tǒng)的測試流程運作已無法滿足企業(yè)發(fā)展與市場競爭的需要,尋求一種先進的管理模式和有效的流程規(guī)范已經(jīng)成為H公司和國內(nèi)手機行業(yè)管理者的迫切需求。為了能夠優(yōu)化和設(shè)計出更能適應(yīng)公司發(fā)展需要的新流程,本次研究主要從以下三個方面展開:首先,立足提升客戶滿意度;诠窘陙硐嚓P(guān)數(shù)據(jù),對H公司原手機軟體外場測試流程進行分析,剖析了公司原手機軟體外場測試流程存在的問題。進而,依據(jù)BPI(流程優(yōu)化)和精益六西格瑪理論。以H公司手機軟體外場測試流程中存在的測試計劃、缺陷處理和溝通問題為例,探討了DMAIC方法在改善過程中的具體應(yīng)用,結(jié)合BPI原理設(shè)計了新的外場測試流程。最后,通過新流程運作的實際成果和成效分析,驗證了流程優(yōu)化的實際效果和價值,并提出了H公司實施優(yōu)化流程的保障措施。本文旨在通過H公司在手機軟體外場測試流程優(yōu)化研究,設(shè)計出更能適應(yīng)公司發(fā)展需要的流程,為同類企業(yè)運作提供有益的幫助。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the simple communication function has been unable to meet the increasing needs of users. The demand for the diversification of mobile phone performance and function has become increasingly high. H company has developed its own mobile phone business since 2005. With the expansion of business volume, product sales continue to grow, the company is facing increasingly fierce competition environment, the traditional testing process can no longer meet the needs of enterprise development and market competition. Seeking an advanced management model and effective flow specification has become an urgent need of H Company and domestic mobile phone industry managers. In order to optimize and design a new process that can better meet the needs of the company, this study mainly from the following three aspects: first, based on improving customer satisfaction. Based on the related data of the company in recent years, the paper analyzes the external field testing flow of the original mobile phone software of H Company, and analyzes the problems existing in the external field testing process of the original mobile phone software of the company. Then, according to BPI (process optimization) and Lean six Sigma theory. Taking the test plan, defect handling and communication problems in the field testing process of mobile phone software of H Company as an example, this paper discusses the concrete application of DMAIC method in the improvement process, and designs a new external field test flow based on the principle of BPI. Finally, through the analysis of the actual results and results of the new process operation, the practical effect and value of the process optimization are verified, and the safeguard measures for H Company to implement the optimized process are put forward. The purpose of this paper is to optimize the testing process of H Company in the field of mobile phone software, to design a process that can better meet the needs of the company, and to provide useful help for the operation of similar enterprises.
