【摘要】：在當(dāng)前中國能源消費(fèi)需求旺盛,對外能源依存局面愈發(fā)嚴(yán)峻的局面下,中國政府以及相關(guān)企業(yè)已充分認(rèn)識到能源的安全供給對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要意義。而由于我國的能源資源儲(chǔ)量有限,僅依靠自身資源難以保障能源安全,為了謀求能源的安全供給,中國能源類礦業(yè)企業(yè)對外拓展是必然選擇。我國能源類的領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)中國石油、中國石化及中海油已經(jīng)擁有近20年海外拓展實(shí)踐,這其中有成功的經(jīng)典案例,也有典型的失敗教訓(xùn),因此在這些實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)之上進(jìn)行能源類礦業(yè)企業(yè)海外拓展戰(zhàn)略及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的研究有著很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文內(nèi)容共七章。第一章主要介紹能源類礦業(yè)企業(yè)海外拓展戰(zhàn)略與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究的背景及意義,還對研究方法和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)做了簡要說明。第二章闡述了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,海外投資(FDI),風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析的相關(guān)理論及方法。第三章分析了我國能源類礦業(yè)企業(yè)海外拓展的必要性,現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題。第四章介紹了荷蘭殼牌及美國埃克森美孚石油公司海外拓展的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及這些經(jīng)驗(yàn)對我國能源類礦業(yè)企業(yè)海外拓展的啟示。第五章運(yùn)用SWOT分析工具對我國能源類礦業(yè)企業(yè)的海外拓展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了定性的分析,并結(jié)合上一章的比較研究,探討我國能源類礦業(yè)企業(yè)的拓展戰(zhàn)略。第六章先定性分析了能源類礦業(yè)企業(yè)當(dāng)前存在的主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并采用AHP法確定主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的指標(biāo)權(quán)重,再用模糊判斷法測算出能源礦業(yè)企業(yè)重點(diǎn)海外拓展國家的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)系數(shù)。研究表明,中國能源類礦業(yè)企業(yè)海外拓展進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略層面的規(guī)劃具有非常重要的意義,建立起風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價(jià)體系是未來能源類礦業(yè)企業(yè)海外拓展的重點(diǎn)工作。
[Abstract]:Under the situation that China's energy consumption demand is exuberant and the external energy dependence is becoming more and more severe, the Chinese government and related enterprises have fully realized the importance of the safe supply of energy to the sustainable development of our country's economy. Because of the limited reserves of energy resources in our country, it is difficult to guarantee energy security only by relying on its own resources. In order to seek the safe supply of energy, it is inevitable for Chinese energy mining enterprises to expand to the outside world. China's leading energy companies, PetroChina, Sinopec and CNOOC, have had overseas expansion practices for nearly 20 years. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the overseas expansion strategy and risk of energy mining enterprises on the basis of these practices. There are seven chapters in this paper. The first chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of overseas development strategy and risk research of energy mining enterprises, and also gives a brief description of the research methods and innovation points. The second chapter describes the enterprise strategy, overseas investment FDI, risk analysis related theories and methods. The third chapter analyzes the necessity, present situation and existing problems of overseas development of Chinese energy mining enterprises. The fourth chapter introduces the experience of Dutch Shell and ExxonMobil Oil Co., Ltd., and the enlightenment of these experiences to the overseas development of China's energy mining enterprises. The fifth chapter uses the SWOT analysis tool to carry on the qualitative analysis to our country energy mining enterprise overseas expansion strategy, and unifies the previous chapter comparison research, discusses our country energy mining enterprise expansion strategy. In the sixth chapter, the main risks of energy mining enterprises are analyzed qualitatively, and the index weight of main risks is determined by AHP method, and then the risk coefficient of energy mining enterprises' key overseas expansion is calculated by fuzzy judgment method. The research shows that it is of great significance for Chinese energy mining enterprises to carry out strategic planning for overseas development. Setting up a risk assessment system is the key work of overseas development of energy mining enterprises in the future.
