【摘要】:每個(gè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目都需要進(jìn)行投資管理,即綜合運(yùn)用工程的技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和管理等方面的知識(shí)和技能,對(duì)工程造價(jià)進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)、計(jì)劃、控制、核算、分析和評(píng)價(jià)等[1],其中:投資估算是進(jìn)行建設(shè)項(xiàng)目技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)和投資決策的基礎(chǔ)。著重介紹建設(shè)項(xiàng)目投資估算的編制作用、階段、依據(jù)、流程、費(fèi)用組成及基礎(chǔ)積累。
[Abstract]:Each construction project requires investment management, that is, comprehensive use of technical, economic and managerial knowledge and skills of the project, prediction, planning, control and accounting of the project cost. Analysis and evaluation [1], in which: investment estimation is the basis of technical and economic evaluation and investment decision of construction projects. This paper mainly introduces the function, stage, basis, process, cost composition and basic accumulation of investment estimation of construction project.
