【摘要】：近幾年來,由于IT科技及制造業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,以及消費者的需求不斷變化等因素,促使筆記本電腦產品升級換代速度加快,市場生命周期大大縮短。同時由于行業(yè)競爭激烈、利潤變薄,而筆記本電腦新產品開發(fā)及生產過程又相對比較復雜,不少企業(yè)業(yè)務轉型、運營戰(zhàn)略調整,如與供應商的加強合作(比如外包),以期達到快速推出新產品搶占市場的同時降低運營成本。但是由于相關的流程、配套工作沒有做出相應的調整導致新產品推出后因為質量問題不得不花費大量人力、物力和財力去解決,給企業(yè)造成損失。本文通過對電腦行業(yè)領先的D公司的案例,來研究如何在新形勢下提高筆記本電腦新產品導入工作的過程質量。首先闡述了新產品開發(fā)導入流程以及質量現(xiàn)狀;其次對新產品導入過程中存在的質量問題進行描述,并分析了質量問題的成因;然后針對質量問題及成因設計了新方案;最后通過實施和效果觀察對新方案的有效性進行了驗證。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the rapid development of IT technology and manufacturing industry, as well as the changing needs of consumers and other factors, the laptop products upgrade speed up, the market life cycle is greatly shortened. At the same time, due to the fierce competition in the industry and the thinning of profits, and the relatively complex development and production process of new notebook computers, many enterprises have transformed their business and adjusted their operation strategies. Such as enhanced cooperation with suppliers (such as outsourcing, to achieve the rapid introduction of new products to seize the market and reduce operating costs. But because of the related flow, the matching work did not make the corresponding adjustment after the new product was introduced, because of the quality problem had to spend a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources to solve the problem, resulting in losses to the enterprise. This paper studies how to improve the process quality of the new product introduction of notebook computer under the new situation through the case of D Company which is the leading company in the computer industry. At first, the paper expounds the process of new product development and import and the present situation of quality, then describes the quality problems existing in the process of new product import, and analyzes the causes of the quality problems, and then designs a new scheme for the quality problems and causes. Finally, the effectiveness of the new scheme is verified by implementation and effect observation.
