廣東省制造業(yè)服務(wù)化程度與績(jī)效關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、技術(shù)進(jìn)步和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益激烈,制造活動(dòng)的利潤(rùn)日趨下降,傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)和銷售實(shí)物產(chǎn)品的價(jià)值越來(lái)越缺乏吸引力。基于這種變化,制造業(yè)為了獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),開始關(guān)注價(jià)值鏈的服務(wù)環(huán)節(jié),將價(jià)值鏈由以制造為中心逐步向以服務(wù)為中心轉(zhuǎn)變,努力向“微笑曲線”的兩端延伸,具體表現(xiàn)就是制造業(yè)價(jià)值鏈各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)上服務(wù)要素的投入和最終產(chǎn)品中服務(wù)的產(chǎn)出比重日益增加,GE和IBM便是成功的例證。廣東省制造業(yè)承接世界產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)移并歷經(jīng)三十多年發(fā)展,取得長(zhǎng)足進(jìn)步,成為全國(guó)乃至全球制造業(yè)基地,然而近年來(lái)受到訂單減少、產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩、自主創(chuàng)新力度不足、環(huán)境容量受限、勞動(dòng)力成本上升等諸多因素的制約,亟需轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。制造業(yè)服務(wù)化是服務(wù)業(yè)興起的重要形式之一,也是建設(shè)新型工業(yè)化的重要內(nèi)容之一。廣東省制造業(yè)需要抓住機(jī)遇,以服務(wù)化實(shí)現(xiàn)制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升。 論文在綜述國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于“制造業(yè)服務(wù)化”概念、演進(jìn)階段、影響因素、程度測(cè)算及其對(duì)制造業(yè)績(jī)效的影響等方面研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,從戰(zhàn)略管理理論、營(yíng)銷理論及經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論三個(gè)角度探討制造業(yè)服務(wù)化的理論基礎(chǔ),從制造業(yè)、服務(wù)業(yè)及制造業(yè)服務(wù)化三個(gè)角度分析廣東省制造業(yè)服務(wù)化的現(xiàn)狀,分別利用投入產(chǎn)出數(shù)據(jù)和上市制造企業(yè)的截面數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)廣東省制造業(yè)投入服務(wù)化和產(chǎn)出服務(wù)化的程度進(jìn)行測(cè)算,分析其與績(jī)效的關(guān)系,最后從政府職能部門和制造企業(yè)兩個(gè)角度提出了廣東省制造業(yè)服務(wù)化的戰(zhàn)略措施。 通過(guò)研究得出如下結(jié)論:從投入服務(wù)化角度看,廣東省制造業(yè)的服務(wù)中間投入數(shù)量呈遞增趨勢(shì);制造業(yè)服務(wù)化程度經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)先降后升的過(guò)程,目前正處于加速上升時(shí)期;生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)是制造業(yè)服務(wù)中間投入的主要來(lái)源;廣東省制造業(yè)服務(wù)化初期存在“服務(wù)悖論”,但在服務(wù)化發(fā)展到一定程度后,服務(wù)中間投入的增加對(duì)制造業(yè)績(jī)效有正向影響。從產(chǎn)出服務(wù)化角度看,目前廣東省上市制造企業(yè)服務(wù)化程度對(duì)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效的影響并不顯著,與企業(yè)市場(chǎng)績(jī)效呈倒U型關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, technological progress and fierce market competition, the profit of manufacturing activities is declining day by day, and the value of traditional production and sale of physical products is becoming more and more unattractive.Based on this change, in order to gain the competitive advantage, the manufacturing industry began to pay attention to the service link of the value chain, gradually changing the value chain from manufacturing as the center to the service as the center, trying to extend to the two ends of the "smile curve".The concrete manifestation is that the input of service elements and the proportion of service output in the final product are increasing day by day in each link of the manufacturing value chain. GE and IBM are the successful examples.Guangdong's manufacturing industry has made considerable progress in undertaking the transfer of world industrial structure and has made considerable progress after more than 30 years of development. However, in recent years, it has suffered from reduced orders, overcapacity and insufficient independent innovation.Environmental capacity is limited, labor cost rises and many other factors restrict, so it is urgent to transform and upgrade.Service-oriented manufacturing industry is one of the most important forms of service industry, and also one of the important contents of the construction of new industrialization.Guangdong's manufacturing industry needs to seize the opportunity to realize the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry and enhance its competitiveness.On the basis of summarizing the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on the concept of "service-oriented manufacturing industry", the stage of evolution, the influencing factors, the degree measurement and the impact on the performance of manufacturing industry, the paper starts with the theory of strategic management.This paper discusses the theoretical basis of manufacturing service-oriented from three angles of marketing theory and economic theory, and analyzes the present situation of service-oriented manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province from three angles: manufacturing industry, service industry and service-oriented manufacturing industry.Using input-output data and cross-section data of listed manufacturing enterprises, this paper estimates the degree of input and output service of Guangdong manufacturing industry, and analyzes its relationship with performance.Finally, this paper puts forward the strategic measures of manufacturing service in Guangdong province from the angle of government departments and manufacturing enterprises.The conclusions are as follows: from the point of view of input and service, the number of intermediate inputs in Guangdong manufacturing industry is increasing, the service level of manufacturing industry has experienced a process of first decreasing and then rising, and it is now in a period of acceleration.Producer service industry is the main source of intermediate input of manufacturing services, and there is a "service paradox" in the initial stage of manufacturing service in Guangdong Province, but after the development of service to a certain extent, the increase of service intermediate input has a positive impact on the performance of manufacturing industry.From the point of view of output service, the effect of service degree on financial performance of listed manufacturing enterprises in Guangdong Province is not significant at present, but is inversely U-shaped with enterprise market performance.
