【摘要】:評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)集有差異的群決策是指針對(duì)各決策者考慮不同評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)集給出的評(píng)價(jià)信息,通過將其集結(jié)為群體綜合偏好信息,并依此進(jìn)行備選方案的排序或擇優(yōu)。在一些現(xiàn)實(shí)的群決策問題中,決策者們常常來自不同的組織或部門,而且受知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)、思維方式和個(gè)人偏好等因素的影響,他們所熟悉的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)也會(huì)有所不同,表現(xiàn)為每個(gè)組織或部門的決策者在進(jìn)行方案評(píng)價(jià)時(shí)只關(guān)注自己所偏好的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)集。評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)集有差異的群決策問題廣泛存在于社會(huì)、工程及經(jīng)濟(jì)等領(lǐng)域,然而與之相關(guān)的研究卻不多見,尤其是當(dāng)決策者給出的評(píng)價(jià)信息為模糊語(yǔ)言形式的情形;诖,本文有必要對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)集有差異的基于語(yǔ)言評(píng)價(jià)信息的群決策問題進(jìn)行提煉,并給出相應(yīng)的評(píng)價(jià)信息集結(jié)方法和決策方案排序方法。本文主要完成了以下三個(gè)方面的研究工作:(1)給出語(yǔ)言軟集的定義與運(yùn)算方法。對(duì)于決策者給出的評(píng)價(jià)信息為模糊語(yǔ)言形式的情形,在模糊軟集理論的基礎(chǔ)上,給出能夠?qū)φZ(yǔ)言評(píng)價(jià)信息進(jìn)行分析和處理的語(yǔ)言軟集的相關(guān)理論,具體給出了語(yǔ)言軟集的相關(guān)定義、基本運(yùn)算和性質(zhì)。(2)給出評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)集有差異的基于語(yǔ)言評(píng)價(jià)信息的群決策方法。針對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)集有差異的基于語(yǔ)言評(píng)價(jià)信息的群決策問題,在語(yǔ)言軟集及其算子的基礎(chǔ)上,給出了一種評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)集有差異的基于語(yǔ)言評(píng)價(jià)信息的集結(jié)方法和決策方案排序方法。(3)實(shí)例分析。以G公司的人員招聘問題為例,說明評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)集有差異的基于語(yǔ)言評(píng)價(jià)信息的群決策方法的應(yīng)用過程。通過運(yùn)用基于語(yǔ)言軟集的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)集有差異的信息集結(jié)方法和決策方案排序方法,對(duì)G公司的人員招聘問題進(jìn)行合理化解決,以驗(yàn)證方法的可行性和有效性。在論文最后,總結(jié)本文的主要研究成果及相關(guān)結(jié)論,同時(shí)指出本文的主要貢獻(xiàn)和存在的局限,并對(duì)進(jìn)一步需要開展的研究工作進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:Group decision making (GDM) with different evaluation index sets refers to the evaluation information given by different evaluation index sets considered by the decision makers, which can be assembled into group comprehensive preference information, and according to which the alternatives can be sorted or selected.In some real group decision making problems, the decision makers often come from different organizations or departments, and are influenced by the knowledge structure, the way of thinking and personal preferences, and so on.It is shown that the decision makers of each organization or department only pay attention to the evaluation index set which they prefer when carrying out the evaluation of the project.The problem of group decision making with different evaluation index sets exists widely in the fields of society, engineering and economy. However, there are few researches related to it, especially when the evaluation information given by decision makers is in the form of fuzzy language.Therefore, it is necessary for this paper to refine the problem of group decision making based on linguistic evaluation information with different evaluation index sets, and give the corresponding aggregation method of evaluation information and the ranking method of decision scheme.In this paper, the following three aspects of the research work are completed: 1) the definition and operation method of the soft set of language are given.For the case that the evaluation information given by the decision maker is in the form of fuzzy language, on the basis of fuzzy soft set theory, the relevant theory of language soft set which can analyze and process the evaluation information of language is given.In this paper, the definition of language soft set, the basic operation and properties of soft set are given. (2) A group decision method based on linguistic evaluation information is given, in which the evaluation index set is different.Aiming at the problem of group decision making based on linguistic evaluation information, based on the soft set of language and its operators, the evaluation index set is different.In this paper, a method of aggregation based on linguistic evaluation information and a method of ranking decision schemes based on different evaluation index sets are presented.Taking the recruitment problem of G Company as an example, this paper illustrates the application process of a group decision method based on linguistic evaluation information with different evaluation index sets.In order to verify the feasibility and validity of the method, the information aggregation method based on soft set and the ranking method of decision scheme are used to rationalize the recruitment problem of G company.At the end of this paper, the main research results and related conclusions are summarized, the main contributions and limitations of this paper are pointed out, and the future research work is prospected.
