【摘要】：中藥上市后證候療效再評(píng)價(jià)是對(duì)上市前證候療效評(píng)價(jià)的必要補(bǔ)充,由于研究階段及研究目標(biāo)的轉(zhuǎn)變,注定其需要在評(píng)價(jià)方法上有所突破和創(chuàng)新,而考慮中醫(yī)藥證候理論的學(xué)術(shù)特色,圍繞證候療效評(píng)價(jià)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施過程的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),分析證候療效評(píng)價(jià)中普遍存在的共性問題,是改變當(dāng)前證候療效評(píng)價(jià)研究現(xiàn)狀的迫切需求。通過分析中醫(yī)藥療效評(píng)價(jià)的類型及層次,闡釋中藥上市后證候療效再評(píng)價(jià)的現(xiàn)狀及需求,進(jìn)而提出重視中藥上市后證候療效再評(píng)價(jià)癥狀學(xué)研究,包括癥狀單元研究、規(guī)范癥狀表述、癥狀篩選及優(yōu)化等,借鑒有效性登記式研究設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)合探討因果關(guān)系研究理念等,以期對(duì)建立中藥上市后證候療效再評(píng)價(jià)方法學(xué)有所啟迪。
[Abstract]:The re-evaluation of syndromes efficacy after the listing of traditional Chinese medicine is a necessary supplement to the evaluation of pre-market syndromes. Due to the change of research stage and research goal, it is doomed to have a breakthrough and innovation in the evaluation method. Considering the academic characteristics of TCM syndrome theory, the common problems in the evaluation of syndromes efficacy are analyzed around the key links in the process of design and implementation of syndromes curative effect evaluation. It is an urgent need to change the current research situation of syndromes curative effect evaluation. By analyzing the types and levels of TCM curative effect evaluation, this paper explains the present situation and demand of the reevaluation of TCM syndrome curative effect after listing. Further more, the author puts forward that we should pay more attention to the reevaluation of syndromes, including symptom unit research, standard symptom expression, symptom screening and optimization, and use for reference the design of effective registration, and discuss the concept of causality, etc. With a view to the establishment of Chinese medicine after the listing of syndromes re-evaluation methodology has enlightenment.
