【摘要】：2014年,我國原木進口首次突破5000萬m3,木材對外依存度首次突破50%。文章通過分析2000年以來我國木材進口的數(shù)量、金額、種類、來源,以及占世界木材出口的比重,得出我國木材進口呈現(xiàn)"增幅明顯、量價齊升、進口多元、占比增大"的結(jié)論。面對目前我國木材供需現(xiàn)狀和國際上趨緊的木材進口形勢,對"十三五"期間我國木材進口情況進行了科學預(yù)測,并對加強森林經(jīng)營、強化木材基地建設(shè)、深化林業(yè)改革等方面提出建議。
[Abstract]:In 2014, China's timber imports exceeded 50 million m3 for the first time, and timber dependence for the first time exceeded 50 m3.The paper analyzed the quantity, amount, type, source and proportion of timber imports in the world since 2000. It is concluded that the increase of timber import in China is obvious, the quantity and price are increasing simultaneously, the import is multivariate and the proportion is increasing. In the face of the present situation of timber supply and demand in China and the international situation of timber import, This paper makes a scientific forecast on the situation of timber import in China during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, and puts forward some suggestions on strengthening forest management, strengthening timber base construction, deepening forestry reform and so on.
