【摘要】:隨著供應(yīng)鏈管理理論的不斷發(fā)展,單個(gè)企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)變成供應(yīng)鏈之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),整車制造企業(yè)與零部件供應(yīng)商之間的關(guān)系——“整零”關(guān)系,也從傳統(tǒng)的買賣關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楣⿷?yīng)鏈上的戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系。與此同時(shí),整車制造企業(yè)在滿足顧客多樣化需求的同時(shí),也對(duì)零部件供應(yīng)商提出了新的要求,要求其在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中迅速作出反應(yīng)。由于零部件供應(yīng)商在供應(yīng)鏈上處于非常重要的地位,如何評(píng)價(jià)、選擇及管理供應(yīng)商成為供應(yīng)鏈管理的重要內(nèi)容,因此,科學(xué)合理的評(píng)價(jià)零部件供應(yīng)商,是建立長(zhǎng)期“整零”合作關(guān)系的重要基礎(chǔ)。本文對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下汽車零部件供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題的深入研究不僅具有重要的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值,而且具有很好的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。 本文在研究供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系與評(píng)價(jià)方法的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下汽車零部件供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題——評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建及評(píng)價(jià)模型的建立進(jìn)行了研究,并將研究成果應(yīng)用于具體的整車制造企業(yè)中。 首先,闡述在供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下評(píng)價(jià)汽車零部件供應(yīng)商的重要性,結(jié)合供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系及評(píng)價(jià)方法的研究現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)一步明確本文研究目的及主要內(nèi)容,為建立面向整車制造企業(yè)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系及零部件供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)方法提供了理論依據(jù)。 其次,通過(guò)分析汽車供應(yīng)鏈,指出“整零”之間建立供應(yīng)鏈上的戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系的重要性,從供應(yīng)商產(chǎn)品QCDS能力、供應(yīng)商整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力、供應(yīng)商合作能力和供應(yīng)商可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力四個(gè)方面出發(fā),來(lái)構(gòu)建供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下汽車零部件供應(yīng)商的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并對(duì)各個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析及其量化。 第三,通過(guò)分析、比較傳統(tǒng)的供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)方法,提出了供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)方法研究的新趨勢(shì),采用模糊邏輯系統(tǒng)與BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)相結(jié)合的方法——模糊神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)(FuzzyNeural Network, FNN),,并將其應(yīng)用于汽車零部件供應(yīng)商的評(píng)價(jià)中。 最后,將研究成果應(yīng)用到重慶某整車制造企業(yè),優(yōu)化了該企業(yè)的供應(yīng)商管理,還在以上的研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)Matlab GUI平臺(tái),為整車企業(yè)開發(fā)了一套汽車零部件供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)(Auto-parts Supplier Evaluation System, ASEA),為決策者提供了一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)便易行的操作工具。
[Abstract]:With the development of supply chain management theory, competition among individual enterprises has been transformed into competition between supply chains. At the same time, the automobile manufacturing enterprises, while meeting the diversified needs of customers, also put forward new requirements to the suppliers of parts and components, while changing from the traditional trading relationship to the strategic partnership in the supply chain. Because the supplier of parts is very important in the supply chain, how to evaluate, select and manage the supplier becomes the important content of the supply chain management. Scientific and reasonable evaluation of parts suppliers is the important foundation of establishing long-term "whole" cooperation relationship. This paper not only has important academic value to study the evaluation of automobile parts suppliers under the environment of supply chain. And has the very good practice instruction significance. Based on the research of supplier evaluation index system and evaluation method, this paper studies the construction of evaluation index system and the establishment of evaluation model of automobile parts supplier under the environment of supply chain. And the research results are applied to the specific vehicle manufacturing enterprises. First of all, the importance of evaluating automotive parts suppliers in the supply chain environment is expounded. Combined with the research status of supplier evaluation index system and evaluation methods, the purpose and main contents of this paper are further clarified. It provides the theoretical basis for establishing the evaluation index system and the evaluation method of parts and components suppliers for the whole vehicle manufacturing enterprises. Secondly, by analyzing the automobile supply chain, the paper points out the importance of establishing the strategic partnership between "whole" supply chain, from the point of view of supplier's product QCDS capability and supplier's overall competitive ability. Based on the four aspects of supplier cooperation ability and supplier sustainable development ability, the evaluation index system of automobile parts suppliers under supply chain environment is constructed, and the evaluation indexes are analyzed and quantified. Third, through the analysis, compares the traditional supplier evaluation method, proposed the supplier appraisal method research new tendency, The fuzzy neural network (FNNN), which combines fuzzy logic system with BP neural network, is applied to the evaluation of automobile parts suppliers. Finally, the research results are applied to a whole car manufacturing enterprise in Chongqing, and the supplier management of the enterprise is optimized. On the basis of the above research results, through the Matlab GUI platform, An Auto-parts Supplier Evaluation system, an evaluation system for auto parts supplier, is developed for the whole automobile enterprise, which provides a simple and convenient operation tool for decision makers.
