【摘要】：正近期,《中國(guó)制造2025》規(guī)劃的頒布,為中國(guó)未來(lái)十年制造業(yè)發(fā)展繪制了藍(lán)圖,其中創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展仍作為戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的首要方針,處于核心地位。關(guān)于創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)在"中國(guó)制造"戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施中的作用,學(xué)界、業(yè)界已有很多論述,在此,筆者僅探討"中國(guó)制造"應(yīng)采用的幾種創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展模式。第一,必須重視"原始創(chuàng)新"。原始創(chuàng)新是指前所未有的重大科學(xué)發(fā)現(xiàn)、技術(shù)發(fā)明、原理性主導(dǎo)技術(shù)成果,并實(shí)現(xiàn)商業(yè)化的過(guò)程。原始創(chuàng)新的根源在于基礎(chǔ)研究,來(lái)自科學(xué)研究的歷史積累和科技人員的天才發(fā)揮,是一
[Abstract]:Recently, the promulgation of the "made in China 2025" plan has drawn a blueprint for the development of China's manufacturing industry in the next decade, in which innovation-driven development remains the primary policy for the implementation of the strategy. On the role of innovation-driven in the implementation of the "made in China" strategy, the academic community has a lot of discussions, here, the author only discusses the "made in China" should adopt a few types of innovation-driven development model. First, We must attach importance to "original innovation". Primitive innovation is the process of unprecedented scientific discovery, technological invention, principle leading technological achievement and commercialization.
