【摘要】：正當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)復(fù)雜多變,歐美經(jīng)濟(jì)的復(fù)蘇顯得脆弱而不穩(wěn)定,中國(guó)也正處在經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的陣痛時(shí)期,多個(gè)行業(yè)出現(xiàn)了調(diào)整。反觀中國(guó)家裝企業(yè),在經(jīng)歷了新世紀(jì)的15年快速發(fā)展,形成了一套行之有效的企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式并收獲了很多管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。但是進(jìn)入2015年以來(lái),國(guó)內(nèi)室內(nèi)裝飾行業(yè)的發(fā)展速度也有了明顯的放緩,甚至作為裝飾行業(yè)基礎(chǔ)的裝飾材料生產(chǎn)企業(yè)很多出現(xiàn)了負(fù)增長(zhǎng)。在不景氣的大環(huán)境之下,我們面臨的有可能是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的產(chǎn)業(yè)深度調(diào)整和變革,因此非常有必要對(duì)家裝的行業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式進(jìn)
[Abstract]:Now the world economic situation is complex and changeable, the recovery of European and American economies is fragile and unstable, China is also in a painful period of economic transformation, and many industries have been readjusted. After 15 years of rapid development in the new century, a set of effective business operation model has been formed and a lot of management experience has been gained. However, since 2015, the speed of development of domestic interior decoration industry has also slowed down obviously. Even as the foundation of the decoration industry, many of the decoration material manufacturing enterprises have shown negative growth. In the general depressed environment, what we may face is a long period of industrial depth adjustment and transformation. Therefore, it is very necessary to improve the operation mode of home decoration industry.
