【摘要】：中國煤炭企業(yè)境外投資需要在投資前充分做好區(qū)位選擇研究以減少各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文在系統(tǒng)綜述對外投資區(qū)位理論發(fā)展以及國內(nèi)外對該領(lǐng)域研究進(jìn)展的基礎(chǔ)上，基于煤炭供需狀況、企業(yè)自身發(fā)展，闡述了中國煤炭企業(yè)境外投資選擇有利的投資區(qū)位，是適應(yīng)世界煤炭資源分布規(guī)律、解決國內(nèi)煤炭供需矛盾、發(fā)展國家能源戰(zhàn)略和中國煤炭企業(yè)自身發(fā)展的需要。 結(jié)合中國煤炭企業(yè)境外投資的特點(diǎn)，對東道國的煤炭資源稟賦、政治法律、經(jīng)濟(jì)及社會(huì)因素進(jìn)行深入分析，探討了影響煤炭企業(yè)境外投資區(qū)位選擇的關(guān)鍵因素及其各自的重要性。這些因素是中國煤炭企業(yè)境外投資區(qū)位選擇需要重點(diǎn)考慮的因素。 在定性分析的基礎(chǔ)上，，建立了我國煤炭企業(yè)境外投資區(qū)位選擇評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，包括一個(gè)一級指標(biāo)、四個(gè)二級指標(biāo)、20個(gè)三級指標(biāo)。以此為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建了我國煤炭企業(yè)境外投資區(qū)位選擇綜合評價(jià)模型。對世界主要煤炭資源儲量豐富的20個(gè)國家的20個(gè)影響因素，利用多元回歸分析法、權(quán)重估計(jì)法、相關(guān)系數(shù)法、層次分析法等進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究，并對這些國家的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢狀況進(jìn)行了評估和分析，得出中國煤炭企業(yè)境外投資區(qū)位選擇備選20個(gè)國家的綜合得分和排序。最后提出了中國煤炭企業(yè)境外投資區(qū)位選擇的參考建議：首選煤炭資源優(yōu)勢較突出的國家，次選煤炭資源優(yōu)勢突出的國家，慎選煤炭資源狀況欠佳的國家。
[Abstract]:Foreign investment of Chinese coal enterprises needs to do a good job of location selection research before investment in order to reduce all kinds of risks. This paper summarizes the development of foreign investment location theory and the research progress in this field at home and abroad. Based on the situation of coal supply and demand and the development of enterprises themselves, this paper expounds that the choice of favorable investment location for foreign investment of Chinese coal enterprises is to adapt to the distribution law of world coal resources and to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of domestic coal. Development of the national energy strategy and the needs of the development of Chinese coal enterprises themselves. Combined with the characteristics of overseas investment of Chinese coal enterprises, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the coal resource endowment, political law, economic and social factors of the host country. This paper probes into the key factors affecting the location choice of coal enterprises' overseas investment and their respective importance, which are the important factors that need to be considered in China's coal enterprises' overseas investment location selection. On the basis of qualitative analysis, an evaluation index system of foreign investment location selection for coal enterprises in China is established, including a first-grade index. On the basis of this, a comprehensive evaluation model of location selection for foreign investment of coal enterprises in China is constructed. It has 20 influencing factors on 20 countries with rich coal resources in the world. Using multiple regression analysis method, weight estimation method, correlation coefficient method, analytic hierarchy process and so on to carry on the empirical research, and has carried on the appraisal and the analysis to these countries' location superiority condition. The comprehensive score and ranking of 20 countries for foreign investment location selection of Chinese coal enterprises are obtained. Finally, the paper puts forward the reference suggestions for the overseas investment location selection of Chinese coal enterprises: the first choice of coal resources advantage is prominent. Secondary coal resources advantage of the country, careful selection of coal resources poor state of the country.
