【摘要】:近年來,隨著通信技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,全球通信產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)進入新的大融合、大變革和大轉(zhuǎn)型時期,通信工程項目建設(shè)需求不斷增加。在這樣時刻變化的市場環(huán)境下,神宇建筑工程公司,已經(jīng)成長為四川省屬重點高新技術(shù)企業(yè)。然而,隨著公司規(guī)模的不斷擴大,以及公司通信工程項目的日益增多,通信工程項目承包商之間的競爭也愈發(fā)白熱化。傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)營模式和管理方法將無法適應(yīng)神宇公司工程項目的市場需求和企業(yè)發(fā)展的目標。如何在新形勢下降低成本、提高項目建設(shè)質(zhì)量、提高企業(yè)的綜合管理能力成為神宇公司管理層亟待解決的問題。本文研究的主要內(nèi)容是神宇公司通信工程項目內(nèi)部承包管理,重點研究神宇公司如何有效地進行通信工程項目的內(nèi)部承包管理。首先研究了通信工程內(nèi)部承包管理的理論基礎(chǔ),然后分析了神宇公司項目管理中現(xiàn)實存在的一些問題,據(jù)此提出針對問題的處理對策,即:要實施內(nèi)部承包管理。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了神宇公司內(nèi)部承包管理的具體實施方法。通過本文的研究和分析,神宇公司將構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)的通信工程項目內(nèi)部承包管理體系和流程,為神宇公司實施通信工程項目內(nèi)部承包管理提供指導(dǎo),同時也為神宇公司進一步優(yōu)化企業(yè)的管理流程,提高企業(yè)核心業(yè)務(wù)的管理效率,降低運營風(fēng)險和成本,增強公司整體實力和競爭力提供借鑒。本研究一方面可以解決神宇公司目前面臨的管理問題,另一方面將內(nèi)部承包管理的方法運用到通信工程項目建設(shè)行業(yè),對通信工程承包商來說提供一種新的管理模式,為社會資源有效利用,提出新的解決方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of communication technology, the global communication industry has entered a new period of great convergence, great transformation and transformation, and the demand for construction of communication engineering projects has been increasing. In such a changing market environment at such a time, Shenyu Construction Engineering Company has grown into a key high-tech enterprise in Sichuan Province. However, with the continuous expansion of the company's scale and the increasing number of communications engineering projects in the company, The competition among the contractors of communication engineering project is becoming more and more intense. The traditional management mode and management method will not be able to meet the market demand of Shenyu engineering project and the target of enterprise development, how to reduce the cost under the new situation, Improving the quality of the project construction and improving the comprehensive management ability of the enterprise has become an urgent problem to be solved by the management of Shenyu Company. The main content of this paper is the internal contract management of the communication project of Shenyu Company. This paper focuses on how to effectively carry out the internal contract management of communication engineering projects in Shenyu Company. Firstly, the theoretical basis of internal contract management of communication engineering is studied, and then some problems existing in the project management of Shenyu Company are analyzed. On the basis of this, the author puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problem, that is, to carry out the internal contract management. On the basis of this, the author puts forward the concrete implementation methods of the internal contract management of Shenyu Company. Through the research and analysis of this paper, Shenyu will set up a systematic internal contract management system and process for communication engineering projects to provide guidance for Shenyu to implement internal contract management of communications engineering projects, and to further optimize the enterprise management process for Shenyu Company. To improve the management efficiency of enterprise core business, reduce operational risks and costs, enhance the overall strength and competitiveness of the company to provide reference. On the one hand, this study can solve the management problems faced by Shenyu Company. On the other hand, the method of internal contract management is applied to the construction industry of communication engineering projects, which provides a new management mode for the communication engineering contractors, and provides a new solution for the effective use of social resources.
