【摘要】：國內(nèi)整車合資企業(yè)的國產(chǎn)化項目,不僅可為企業(yè)帶來可觀盈利,同時也為國內(nèi)汽車行業(yè)帶來了新的產(chǎn)品與技術(shù),推動著整個汽車工業(yè)向前發(fā)展。耦合桿由于加工難度大,一直以來被國外供應商所把持。在耦合桿國產(chǎn)化項目中,項目延期將給整車開發(fā)、市場占領(lǐng)帶來隱患。因而,本論文圍繞耦合桿國產(chǎn)化項目的進度計劃展開。論文分析了項目干系人并找出其中影響最大的因素;編制了國產(chǎn)化項目工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)表;編制了項目進度計劃網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖;通過各項活動歷時分析找出了項目運行的關(guān)鍵路徑;在加入了資源限制的約束后對關(guān)鍵路徑進行調(diào)節(jié);按照一種基于位置權(quán)數(shù)和彈性系數(shù)法計算時間緩沖,并壓縮項目歷時;采用了一種新的任務進展決策機制,提高了關(guān)鍵鏈項目進度管理緩沖機制的監(jiān)控和管理能力。
[Abstract]:The localization project of domestic automobile joint venture can not only bring considerable profit to the enterprise, but also bring new products and technology to the domestic automobile industry, and promote the development of the whole automobile industry. It has always been controlled by foreign suppliers. In the domestic project of coupling rod, the delay of the project will bring hidden trouble to the development of the whole vehicle and the market occupation. This paper focuses on the progress plan of the coupling bar localization project. It analyzes the stakeholders of the project and finds out the factors that have the greatest influence on it. The work breakdown structure table of the home-made project is compiled, and the network diagram of the project schedule plan is worked out. Through the analysis of each activity duration, the key path of the project is found out, the key path is adjusted after the resource restriction is added, the time buffer is calculated according to the method of position weight and elastic coefficient, and the project duration is compressed. A new task progress decision mechanism is adopted to improve the monitoring and management ability of the key chain project schedule management buffer mechanism.
