【摘要】：物流外包源于企業(yè)核心競爭力理論在實(shí)踐中的應(yīng)用。實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)證明,物流外包在給企業(yè)帶來利益的同時(shí)也帶來了諸多風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。如果企業(yè)管理者對(duì)物流外包過程中存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)不能很好地進(jìn)行分析、評(píng)估并對(duì)其有效控制,那么企業(yè)不僅不能從物流外包中獲益,還有可能面臨難以估量的損失。因此,如何對(duì)物流外包過程中存在的各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行識(shí)別、分析、評(píng)估和控制是十分有意義的研究課題。 論文從物流外包和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)理論出發(fā),總結(jié)與評(píng)述了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于物流外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別和控制研究現(xiàn)狀。詳細(xì)分析了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的概念及過程,并從服務(wù)質(zhì)量控制和成本控制兩個(gè)方面論述物流外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制的基本內(nèi)容,結(jié)合企業(yè)分析了物流外包的影響因素。 論文引入結(jié)構(gòu)化的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)矩陣和層次分析方法,對(duì)企業(yè)物流外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了識(shí)別與評(píng)估,結(jié)合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)矩陣評(píng)估的結(jié)果,對(duì)企業(yè)物流外包中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行排序,得出其中物流外包的關(guān)鍵風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。 提出了將控制論作為一種控制方式引入物流外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中,這無疑為物流外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的管理提供了一種新視野、新思路�？刂剖强刂普摰幕疽�,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制是外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的重要環(huán)節(jié),所以將控制論應(yīng)用于物流外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理是可行的,而且具有很大的優(yōu)越性。論文中將控制論的開環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)和閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)引入其中,將物流外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)從前饋控制、過程控制和反饋控制三個(gè)方面來闡述。 本文選取食品企業(yè)作為實(shí)例,將風(fēng)險(xiǎn)矩陣法和控制論應(yīng)用在企業(yè)的實(shí)際物流外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,使得外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理計(jì)劃的制定更具有針對(duì)性、準(zhǔn)確性和有效性,為企業(yè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提供了基礎(chǔ)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Logistics outsourcing originates from the application of enterprise core competence theory in practice. Logistics outsourcing not only brings benefits to enterprises, but also brings a lot of risks. If enterprise managers can not well analyze, evaluate and effectively control the risks in the process of logistics outsourcing, Therefore, how to identify, analyze, evaluate and control the risks in the process of logistics outsourcing is a very meaningful research topic. Based on logistics outsourcing and risk theory, this paper summarizes and comments on the research status of logistics outsourcing risk identification and control at home and abroad, and analyzes the concept and process of risk management in detail. The basic contents of risk control of logistics outsourcing are discussed from two aspects of service quality control and cost control, and the influencing factors of logistics outsourcing are analyzed in combination with enterprises. This paper introduces the structured risk matrix and hierarchical analysis method to identify and evaluate the risk of enterprise logistics outsourcing. Combined with the results of risk matrix evaluation, the paper sorts the risk factors in logistics outsourcing. The key risks of logistics outsourcing are obtained. This paper puts forward the introduction of cybernetics into logistics outsourcing risk management as a way of control, which undoubtedly provides a new vision and a new idea for the management of logistics outsourcing risks. Control is the basic element of cybernetics. Risk control is an important part of outsourcing risk management, so it is feasible to apply cybernetics to logistics outsourcing risk management and has great advantages. In this paper, open loop control system and closed loop control system of cybernetics are introduced into them. The risk of logistics outsourcing is described from three aspects: feedforward control, process control and feedback control. This paper selects the food enterprise as an example, applies the risk matrix method and cybernetics to the actual logistics outsourcing risk management of the enterprise, making the outsourcing risk management plan more targeted, accurate and effective. It provides the basis for the risk management of enterprises.
