【摘要】：據(jù)傳說(shuō),起源于三國(guó)時(shí)期的劍門豆腐,歷史上千年,不僅在四川和陜西省著名,名聲已也傳到香港和澳門等地方。當(dāng)?shù)睾芏嗬习傩站褪嵌垢a(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展來(lái)增收致富的。為了探尋劍門關(guān)豆腐產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,本文通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、專家訪談等方式收集資料,借助SWOT-AHP定性和定量相結(jié)合的分析方法,分析劍門關(guān)豆腐產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì),外部機(jī)遇和威脅,然后用AHP層次分析法對(duì)各因素的相對(duì)重要性進(jìn)行判定,進(jìn)而構(gòu)建判斷矩陣,計(jì)算各自的權(quán)重,建立起劍門關(guān)豆腐產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的分析模型,分析制約劍門關(guān)豆腐的因素,并未將來(lái)的發(fā)展提供戰(zhàn)略選擇。計(jì)算及分析結(jié)果表明,劍門關(guān)豆腐產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)先選擇發(fā)揮具有豐厚歷史文化底蘊(yùn)的劍門豆腐宴深受游客喜歡的優(yōu)勢(shì),利用政府的合理引導(dǎo)和政策的有效支持的機(jī)遇SO戰(zhàn)略；其次選擇在劍門關(guān)豆腐宴具有豐厚歷史文化底蘊(yùn)的優(yōu)勢(shì)下,戰(zhàn)勝營(yíng)銷形式嚴(yán)峻的威脅的ST戰(zhàn)略；再次選擇克服經(jīng)營(yíng)模式缺乏創(chuàng)新,豆腐干、豆腐乳等便攜式產(chǎn)品無(wú)差異優(yōu)勢(shì)的缺點(diǎn),利用其政府合理引導(dǎo)和政策的有效支持的機(jī)遇的W0戰(zhàn)略；最后選擇克服經(jīng)營(yíng)模式缺乏創(chuàng)新,豆腐干、豆腐乳等便攜式產(chǎn)品無(wú)差異優(yōu)勢(shì)的缺點(diǎn),戰(zhàn)勝營(yíng)銷形式嚴(yán)峻的威脅的WT戰(zhàn)略。本文認(rèn)為,劍門關(guān)豆腐產(chǎn)業(yè)在發(fā)展過(guò)程中,應(yīng)該發(fā)揮具有豐厚歷史文化底蘊(yùn)的劍門豆腐宴深受游客喜歡的優(yōu)勢(shì),利用政府的合理引導(dǎo)和政策的有效支持的機(jī)遇,推動(dòng)發(fā)展。當(dāng)?shù)卣畱?yīng)該與時(shí)俱進(jìn),更新觀念,在高度重視的基調(diào)下,更應(yīng)帶注重科學(xué)引導(dǎo)、規(guī)范管理。
[Abstract]:According to legend, Jianmen bean curd, which originated in the three Kingdoms period, has a history of thousands of years, and is not only famous in Sichuan and Shaanxi provinces, Fame has also spread to Hong Kong and Macao. Many local people are making more money by developing the tofu industry. In order to explore the development of the Jianmenguan tofu industry, this paper collects information by means of questionnaires, expert interviews, and so on. With the help of SWOT-AHP qualitative and quantitative analysis method, this paper analyzes the internal advantages, disadvantages, external opportunities and threats of the development of Jianmenguan tofu industry, and then determines the relative importance of each factor by AHP analytic hierarchy process. Then the judgment matrix is constructed, the weight of each individual is calculated, the analysis model of the development of Jianmenguan tofu industry is established, the factors restricting the development of Jianmenguan bean curd are analyzed, and the strategic choice is not provided in the future. The results of calculation and analysis show that, The development strategy of Jianmenguan tofu industry gives priority to the opportunity so strategy of making use of the reasonable guidance of the government and the effective support of the policy to give play to the advantages of the Jian Men bean curd banquet with rich historical and cultural background. Secondly, the St strategy of defeating the severe threat of marketing form is chosen under the advantage of the rich historical and cultural heritage of the bean curd banquet in Jianmen Guan; again, the St strategy of overcoming the lack of innovation in the business model and the dried bean curd is chosen again. Tofu milk and other portable products such as the shortcomings of the advantages of no difference, take advantage of its government reasonable guidance and effective support of the opportunity of W0 strategy; finally choose to overcome the lack of innovation in business models, bean curd, Portable products such as tofu milk have the disadvantage of no difference advantage and WT strategy to overcome the severe threat of marketing form. This paper holds that the development of Jianmenguan tofu industry in the process of development, We should give full play to the advantage that the Jian Men bean curd banquet, which has rich historical and cultural background, is popular with tourists, and make use of the opportunity of the government's reasonable guidance and effective policy support to promote development. The local government should keep pace with the times and renew its concept. In the tone of high attention, we should pay more attention to scientific guidance, standardized management.
