【摘要】：進(jìn)入到二十一世紀(jì)以來(lái),油藏經(jīng)營(yíng)管理已成為國(guó)內(nèi)外石油公司油氣田的開(kāi)發(fā)的基本模式,我國(guó)油藏經(jīng)營(yíng)管理工作逐步向科學(xué)化、精細(xì)化邁進(jìn),油藏經(jīng)營(yíng)管理水平也在逐漸提高。目前油藏經(jīng)營(yíng)管理單元的評(píng)價(jià)的研究卻落后于油藏經(jīng)營(yíng)管理實(shí)踐。因此,建立科學(xué)的油藏經(jīng)營(yíng)管理單元的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系對(duì)我國(guó)石油企業(yè)開(kāi)展油藏經(jīng)營(yíng)管理具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和指導(dǎo)意義。油藏經(jīng)營(yíng)管理單元是由幾個(gè)開(kāi)發(fā)管理單元組合而成,是油藏經(jīng)營(yíng)責(zé)任與產(chǎn)出核算的基本單位。通過(guò)油藏經(jīng)營(yíng)管理單元評(píng)價(jià),搞清油藏資源狀況、開(kāi)發(fā)水平、生產(chǎn)管理水平和財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)狀況,為油藏經(jīng)營(yíng)管理單元經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)的確定和考核提供依據(jù)。為了科學(xué)地對(duì)油藏經(jīng)營(yíng)管理單元的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),本文運(yùn)用德?tīng)柗品�、層次分析法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法等多種方法,并結(jié)合油藏工程、地質(zhì)工程、管理學(xué)等多門學(xué)科的相關(guān)理論知識(shí),建立了一整套系統(tǒng)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 本文將油藏經(jīng)營(yíng)管理單元的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)分為四個(gè)方面,即由油藏技術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)、油藏管理評(píng)價(jià)、油藏經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)和社會(huì)評(píng)價(jià)這四個(gè)方面的二十個(gè)指標(biāo)共同構(gòu)成的一套評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。應(yīng)用評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和模型對(duì)油藏經(jīng)營(yíng)管理單元進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。 首先,通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外眾多文獻(xiàn)與專著的檢索與查閱,確立了本文研究的目的與意義,也充分認(rèn)識(shí)到文章研究的必要性和重要性。其次,本文對(duì)于油藏經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了一個(gè)充分地闡述。再次,本文對(duì)油藏經(jīng)營(yíng)管理單元的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行了概述,并對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系建立所需要運(yùn)用的方法也進(jìn)行了一個(gè)展示和選擇,最終確立了由四個(gè)方面和二十個(gè)指標(biāo)所形成的評(píng)價(jià)體系,并運(yùn)用層次分析法確定了指標(biāo)的權(quán)重。最后,對(duì)于油藏經(jīng)營(yíng)管理單元的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系在進(jìn)行中所涉及到的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了一定的論述。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, reservoir management has become the basic model of oil and gas field development in domestic and foreign oil companies. The level of reservoir management is also gradually improving. At present, the research on evaluation of reservoir management unit lags behind the practice of reservoir management. The establishment of scientific evaluation index system of reservoir management unit is of great practical significance and guiding significance for Chinese petroleum enterprises to carry out reservoir management and management. The reservoir management and management unit is composed of several development management units. Is the basic unit of reservoir management responsibility and output accounting. Through reservoir management unit evaluation, we can find out the status of reservoir resources, the level of development, the level of production management and the status of financial indicators. In order to scientifically evaluate the evaluation index of reservoir management unit, the Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used in this paper. A systematic evaluation index system is established by combining the related theoretical knowledge of reservoir engineering, geological engineering, management and so on. In this paper, the evaluation index of reservoir management unit is divided into four aspects, namely, reservoir technical evaluation, reservoir management evaluation, A set of evaluation index system composed of 20 indexes in four aspects of reservoir economic evaluation and social evaluation. The evaluation index system and model are used to evaluate the reservoir management unit synthetically. Firstly, the purpose and significance of this study are established through the retrieval and reference of many literatures and monographs at home and abroad, and the necessity and importance of the research are fully realized. In this paper, the relevant theories of reservoir management and management are fully expounded. Thirdly, the evaluation index system of reservoir management unit is summarized in this paper. Finally, the evaluation system composed of four aspects and twenty indexes is established, and the weight of the index is determined by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The problems involved in the evaluation index system of reservoir management unit are discussed.
