【摘要】：近年來,我國B2B電子商務(wù)物流市場需求和現(xiàn)代物流產(chǎn)業(yè)均已進(jìn)入快速增長時期。TBEA公司現(xiàn)代物流電子商務(wù)平臺建設(shè)項目著重利用電子商務(wù)技術(shù),建成一個較為完善的現(xiàn)代物流電子商務(wù)服務(wù)的門戶站點,實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)實社會到網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會的真正體現(xiàn),為廣大網(wǎng)上商家以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)客戶提供一個符合中國國情的輸變電設(shè)備制造業(yè)電子商務(wù)網(wǎng)上生存環(huán)境和商業(yè)運作空間。面對競爭激烈的市場環(huán)境,盡早使TBEA公司現(xiàn)代物流電子商務(wù)平臺建設(shè)項目投入使用,實現(xiàn)其預(yù)期的效益與社會價值是TBEA公司對這個項目的期望。那么,如何縮短TBEA公司現(xiàn)代物流電子商務(wù)平臺建設(shè)項目的開發(fā)時間,成為企業(yè)最迫切需要解決的問題。以項目進(jìn)度管理的相關(guān)理論知識為基礎(chǔ),針對TBEA公司的實際情況,采用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研法、系統(tǒng)分析法以及采用多種項目管理的工具等方法,對TBEA公司現(xiàn)代物流電子商務(wù)平臺建設(shè)項目的進(jìn)度計劃與控制進(jìn)行了全面的分析和研究。全文共分為六章,首先對TBEA公司企業(yè)概況及TBEA公司現(xiàn)代物流電子商務(wù)平臺建設(shè)項目的功能、建設(shè)內(nèi)容等方面進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的介紹;其次,詳細(xì)論述了 TBEA公司現(xiàn)代物流電子商務(wù)平臺建設(shè)項目進(jìn)度的計劃,通過對項目進(jìn)行工作結(jié)構(gòu)分解、活動定義和排序、活動時間估算和工作責(zé)任分配,編制出網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖、關(guān)鍵線路,并結(jié)合項目開展的實際情況,對項目進(jìn)度進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,制定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的進(jìn)度計劃表;再次,根據(jù)項目進(jìn)度計劃的控制理論,制定TBEA公司現(xiàn)代物流電子商務(wù)平臺建設(shè)項目控制的流程,通過動態(tài)監(jiān)測對項目進(jìn)行監(jiān)控,發(fā)現(xiàn)偏差進(jìn)行分析并及時調(diào)整項目的進(jìn)度,通過一系列控制措施以滿足項目的工期要求;最后,對項目進(jìn)行了總結(jié),通過對TBEA公司現(xiàn)代物流電子商務(wù)平臺建設(shè)項目的進(jìn)度計劃與控制進(jìn)行了研究,為TBEA公司解決了項目進(jìn)度計劃與控制的問題。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's B2B e-commerce logistics market demand and modern logistics industry has entered a period of rapid growth. TBEA company modern logistics e-commerce platform construction projects focus on the use of e-commerce technology. To build a more perfect portal site for modern logistics e-commerce services, to realize the real embodiment from the real society to the network society, For the vast number of online businesses and network customers to provide an e-business environment and business operation space for the electronic commerce of the transmission and transformation equipment manufacturing industry in accordance with China's national conditions, and to face the fierce competition in the market environment, It is the expectation of TBEA Company to make the construction project of modern logistics e-commerce platform of TBEA Company put into use as soon as possible, and realize its expected benefit and social value. How to shorten the development time of TBEA company's modern logistics electronic commerce platform construction project has become the most urgent problem that enterprises need to solve. Based on the relevant theory knowledge of project schedule management, this paper aims at the actual situation of TBEA Company. By using the methods of literature investigation, system analysis and many kinds of project management tools, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and research on the progress plan and control of the construction project of modern logistics e-commerce platform of TBEA Company. The full text is divided into six chapters. First of all, the enterprise profile of TBEA Company and the functions and contents of the modern logistics e-commerce platform construction project of TBEA Company are systematically introduced. This paper discusses in detail the progress plan of the construction of the modern logistics e-commerce platform of TBEA Company. By decomposing the work structure of the project, defining and ordering the activities, estimating the time of the activity and distributing the responsibility of the work, the network diagram and the key lines are worked out. According to the actual situation of the project, the project schedule is optimized and a standard schedule is drawn up. Thirdly, according to the control theory of the project schedule, the process of the construction project control of the modern logistics e-commerce platform of TBEA company is established. Through dynamic monitoring to monitor the project, found deviation analysis and timely adjustment of the progress of the project, through a series of control measures to meet the project duration requirements; finally, the project is summarized, Through the research on the progress plan and control of the construction project of modern logistics e-commerce platform of TBEA Company, the problem of project schedule and control is solved for TBEA Company.
