【摘要】：鋼鐵工業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分,我國是世界第一的產(chǎn)鋼大國,也是世界最大的鋼材消費國,隨著鋼鐵工業(yè)的發(fā)展和鋼鐵工業(yè)的多元化,特鋼的需求量正在逐步的增加,以發(fā)達工業(yè)化國家經(jīng)驗看出,在國家的鋼鐵行業(yè)進入成熟期以后,優(yōu)、特鋼的比重將逐步提高,特鋼這個隸屬于新興能源行業(yè)的材料即將迎來一個飛速發(fā)展的時期,必將成為鋼鐵行業(yè)中新興的朝陽行業(yè)。本文在對撫順特鋼的公司相關(guān)情況以及整個特鋼行業(yè)進行介紹的基礎(chǔ)上對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)財務(wù)報表的分析理論以及有關(guān)的文獻進行了敘述,以撫順特鋼2009年到2013年經(jīng)審計對外公布的財務(wù)報表數(shù)據(jù)為研究基礎(chǔ),先簡要對比分析了撫順特鋼的財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù),然后在基本財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)分析上對比分析了該公司的經(jīng)營業(yè)績和財務(wù)狀況,對公司的盈利能力、償債能力、發(fā)展能力進行了全面分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用雷達圖、杜邦分析等相關(guān)分析方法對該公司的報表進行了綜合績效分析和評價,最后用財務(wù)矩陣分析方法以及因素分析方法,對該公司的財務(wù)活動進行了剖析,就面臨的財務(wù)問題進行分析,提出了相關(guān)結(jié)論和建議。
[Abstract]:The iron and steel industry is an important part of our national economy. China is the largest steel producing country in the world and the largest steel consumer in the world. With the development of iron and steel industry and the diversification of iron and steel industry, The demand for special steel is gradually increasing. From the experience of developed and industrialized countries, we can see that after the country's steel industry enters the maturity period, the proportion of excellent and special steel will gradually increase. Special Steel, a material belonging to the emerging energy industry, is about to usher in a period of rapid development. On the basis of introducing the relevant situation of Fushun Special Steel Company and the whole special steel industry, this paper describes the analysis theory and related documents of the financial statements at home and abroad. Based on the financial statement data published by audit from 2009 to 2013, the financial data of Fushun Special Steel are compared and analyzed. Then, on the basis of the analysis of the basic financial data, the paper compares and analyzes the company's operating performance and financial situation, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the company's profitability, solvency and development ability. On this basis, the radar map is used. Dupont analysis and other related analysis methods to the company's financial statements for comprehensive performance analysis and evaluation, finally using the financial matrix analysis method and factor analysis method, the financial activities of the company were analyzed. The financial problems are analyzed, and some conclusions and suggestions are put forward.
