【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,珠寶企業(yè)獲得了蓬勃的生機,企業(yè)的發(fā)展勢頭良好。然而隨著國外珠寶企業(yè)不斷涌入中國,珠寶行業(yè)的競爭日益激烈,加之珠寶產(chǎn)品的需求不穩(wěn)定,珠寶企業(yè)的發(fā)展前景讓人擔憂。在“十二五”規(guī)劃中,國家對珠寶企業(yè)的發(fā)展提出了更高的要求,要求企業(yè)重組,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結構,提升技術水平。 在當前發(fā)展形勢下,珠寶企業(yè)進行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃勢在必行,不僅能提升企業(yè)核心競爭力,更能促進企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實現(xiàn),促進珠寶企業(yè)與行業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本文主要對DFJY公司目前現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題進行分析,指出DFJY公司在發(fā)展中存在的諸多問題。因為這些問題,嚴重影響集團的戰(zhàn)略的實施,影響集團的持續(xù)發(fā)展。進一步從DFJY公司的當前現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略兩方面對集團的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行設計,最后提出發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的具體實施策略,從技術改造、人力資源管理、財務管理、信息網(wǎng)絡建設、合資合作與產(chǎn)、供、銷一體化管理等方面,為集團發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供保障,以增強發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實施的執(zhí)行力,保障DFJY公司沿著既定的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略持續(xù)、健康的發(fā)展,從而實現(xiàn)世界珠寶強企的發(fā)展目標。通過對DFJY公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行研究,為其他珠寶企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的設計提供依據(jù),是具有現(xiàn)實意義的研究課題。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world economy, jewelry enterprises have gained vigorous vitality, and their development momentum is good. However, with the continuous influx of foreign jewelry enterprises into China, the competition in the jewelry industry is becoming increasingly fierce, and the demand for jewelry products is not stable. The development prospect of jewelry enterprises is worrying. In the 12th Five-Year Plan, the state has put forward higher requirements for the development of jewelry enterprises, which requires the reorganization of enterprises, the optimization of industrial structure and the upgrading of technical level. Under the current development situation, it is imperative for jewelry enterprises to carry out development strategic planning, which can not only enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, but also promote the realization of enterprise development strategies, and promote the sustained development of jewelry enterprises and industries. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and existing problems of DFJY Company, and points out many problems existing in the development of DFJY Company, because these problems seriously affect the implementation of the Group's strategy. Further design the group's development strategy from the current situation and development strategy of DFJY Company, finally put forward the specific implementation strategy of the development strategy, from the technical transformation, human resources management, financial management, Information network construction, joint venture cooperation and production, supply and marketing integrated management, etc., to provide support for the group's development strategy, in order to enhance the implementation of the development strategy, to ensure the sustained and healthy development of DFJY company along the established enterprise development strategy, Through the research on the development strategy of DFJY company, it is a research topic with practical significance to provide the basis for the design of other jewelry enterprises' development strategy.
