QC公司路虎機(jī)械手項(xiàng)目管理研究

【摘要】:隨著產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工藝的提高、生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)化的程度不斷普及,機(jī)械手產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用范圍逐步擴(kuò)大,尤其在批量化的生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)上。同時(shí)在應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域上急速擴(kuò)大,而且在規(guī)模上、復(fù)雜程度上也有很大提升。機(jī)械手屬于非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品,無(wú)法做到批量生產(chǎn),因此我們必須運(yùn)用科學(xué)的方法對(duì)機(jī)械手項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行管理。為了在機(jī)械手的設(shè)計(jì)制造中提高效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,我們必須要通過(guò)一種科學(xué)的方法來(lái)指導(dǎo)機(jī)械手項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際運(yùn)作,將理論結(jié)合實(shí)際,服務(wù)生產(chǎn)。機(jī)械手項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)制造過(guò)程與其他產(chǎn)品有所不同,所以對(duì)機(jī)械手項(xiàng)目的管理方法也存在差異,應(yīng)具體研究。本文通過(guò)對(duì)QC公司的路虎機(jī)械手項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際操作為實(shí)例,數(shù)據(jù)資料主要從QC公司內(nèi)部獲得,通過(guò)對(duì)同行業(yè)的調(diào)查獲得國(guó)內(nèi)外競(jìng)爭(zhēng)企業(yè)的資料。以本人在機(jī)械手行業(yè)中的從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和在項(xiàng)目管理學(xué)中所學(xué)的項(xiàng)目管理理論知識(shí)為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)路虎機(jī)械手項(xiàng)目的整個(gè)運(yùn)作管理過(guò)程進(jìn)行研究并得出相關(guān)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文從理論入手,根據(jù)機(jī)械手項(xiàng)目操作的特點(diǎn)、機(jī)械手項(xiàng)目管理中理論知識(shí)就機(jī)械手行業(yè)的特殊性分析了對(duì)其實(shí)施項(xiàng)目管理的內(nèi)容、意義和必要性;其次通過(guò)QC公司路虎機(jī)械手項(xiàng)目,在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施背景、項(xiàng)目工作內(nèi)容、項(xiàng)目成功目標(biāo)和具體的項(xiàng)目組織管理機(jī)構(gòu)等方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,從項(xiàng)目管理的角度我們得出需要改善的地方;最后從管理學(xué)的角度對(duì)路虎項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行仔細(xì)的研究分析,具體在項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理、項(xiàng)目成本管理、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理和項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理四個(gè)方面作為對(duì)路虎項(xiàng)目研究工作的切入點(diǎn),將路虎機(jī)械手項(xiàng)目的管理工作和理論知識(shí)相結(jié)合,從理論的角度指出了項(xiàng)目實(shí)際操作中的不足,從實(shí)踐的角度分析了理論知識(shí)和實(shí)際不匹配的地方,并對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理工作提出了相關(guān)建議和具體的改進(jìn)措施。本文的研究從理論和實(shí)踐上體現(xiàn)了它的實(shí)際意義,一方面從對(duì)路虎機(jī)械手項(xiàng)目的研究上得出經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)今后的項(xiàng)目管理有指導(dǎo)作用;另一方面不讓理論知識(shí)浮于實(shí)踐之上,而是理論結(jié)合實(shí)際的現(xiàn)實(shí)實(shí)例。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of production technology and the popularization of production automation, the range of application of manipulator products is gradually expanded, especially in batch production lines. At the same time, it expands rapidly in the field of application, and at the same time, on the scale, There is also a great increase in complexity. The manipulator is a non-standard product and cannot be produced in bulk, so we must use scientific methods to manage the manipulator project. In order to improve the efficiency and product quality in the design and manufacture of the manipulator, We must guide the actual operation of manipulator project through a scientific method, combine theory with practice, service production. The design and manufacture process of manipulator project is different from other products. Therefore, there are differences in the management methods of manipulator projects, which should be studied concretely. Through the actual operation of the Land Rover manipulator Project of QC Company, the data and data are mainly obtained from within QC Company. Through the investigation of the same industry to obtain the information of domestic and foreign competitive enterprises. Based on my experience in the manipulator industry and the theoretical knowledge of project management learned in project management, The whole operation and management process of the Land Rover manipulator project is studied and the relevant management experience is obtained. This paper starts with the theory, according to the characteristics of the manipulator project operation, The theoretical knowledge of manipulator project management analyzes the content, significance and necessity of implementing project management on the particularity of manipulator industry. Secondly, through QC Company Land Rover manipulator project, the background of the project implementation, the project work content, From the point of view of project management, we draw the conclusions that need to be improved. Finally, from the perspective of management, we make a careful study and analysis of Land Rover project. Specifically in four aspects of project schedule management, project cost management, project quality management and project risk management, as the entry point of the research work of Land Rover Project, it combines the management work of the Land Rover manipulator project with the theoretical knowledge. This paper points out the deficiencies in the practical operation of the project from the theoretical point of view, analyzes the mismatch between the theoretical knowledge and the practice from the practical point of view, The research in this paper reflects its practical significance in theory and practice. On the one hand, it draws experience from the research on the project of Land Rover manipulator. It can guide the project management in the future; on the other hand, it does not allow the theory knowledge to float above the practice, but it is a practical example of the combination of theory and practice.
