【摘要】：隨著中國鋼鐵貿(mào)易、物流行業(yè)發(fā)生的巨大變化,鋼鐵流通行業(yè)正在流通模式、經(jīng)營模式、商業(yè)模式和管理模式上悄然發(fā)生著改變。為了適應(yīng)目前鋼鐵市場的激烈競爭和飛速變化,金泰新鋼聯(lián)積極營造信息化支撐的物流園業(yè)務(wù)體系應(yīng)對挑戰(zhàn)。鋼金鋼鐵綜合信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)正是在順應(yīng)市場競爭、主動(dòng)提升企業(yè)競爭力的環(huán)境下應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的。對鋼金鋼鐵綜合信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制研究有其必要性,需要針對項(xiàng)目制定總體規(guī)劃并對項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過程加以控制,以保證項(xiàng)目的資源配置優(yōu)化與有效實(shí)施。論文以鋼金鋼鐵綜合信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)為研究對象,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目管理和項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度與計(jì)劃思想,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃與控制工具,實(shí)現(xiàn)合理的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制,為鋼金鋼鐵綜合信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)項(xiàng)目高效有序運(yùn)行提供支持。論文首先明確項(xiàng)目范圍,對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制方法進(jìn)行界定,分析項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理主要影響因素。其次,在明晰論文研究項(xiàng)目整體情況及其流程基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)論思想完成項(xiàng)目整體規(guī)劃,并明確項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度與控制管理需求。第三,針對論文研究對象,應(yīng)用資源約束及計(jì)劃網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖等方法,進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃制定與優(yōu)化分析,綜合分析項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過程中時(shí)間預(yù)期、資源供給等各類約束要素,完成項(xiàng)目時(shí)間-費(fèi)用進(jìn)度優(yōu)化安排。最后,完善項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制體系,根據(jù)需要完成對項(xiàng)目的動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測、進(jìn)度與成本控制以及比較分析,同時(shí)為保障項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施順暢提出相應(yīng)的保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the tremendous changes that have taken place in China's iron and steel trade and logistics industry, the iron and steel circulation industry is in circulation mode, business model, Business and management patterns are quietly changing. In order to adapt to the fierce competition and rapid changes in the steel market, Jintai New Steel Union is actively building a logistics park business system supported by information technology to meet the challenge. It is necessary to study the project schedule and control of the comprehensive information service platform of steel, gold and iron and steel. It is necessary to formulate the overall plan for the project and control the project implementation process. In order to ensure the resource allocation optimization and effective implementation of the project, this paper takes the steel, gold and iron and steel integrated information service platform as the research object, combines the project management, the project schedule and the plan thought, uses the project plan and the control tool, In order to provide support for the efficient and orderly operation of the comprehensive information service platform of steel, gold and iron, the paper defines the scope of the project and defines the project schedule and control methods. Secondly, on the basis of clarifying the overall situation of the project and its process, using the system theory to complete the overall project planning, and to clarify the project schedule and control management requirements. Aiming at the research object of this paper, we apply the methods of resource constraint and plan network diagram to make and optimize the project schedule, and analyze comprehensively all kinds of constraint factors, such as time expectation, resource supply and so on, in the process of project execution. Finally, perfect the project schedule control system, complete the project dynamic monitoring, schedule and cost control and comparative analysis. At the same time for the smooth implementation of the project security measures.
