【摘要】：進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)，全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程的加快，企業(yè)面臨著尤為激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境，資源在全球范圍內(nèi)的流動(dòng)和配置大大加強(qiáng)，世界各國(guó)更加重視物流發(fā)展對(duì)于本國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、民生素質(zhì)和軍事實(shí)力增強(qiáng)的影響，更加重視物流的現(xiàn)代化，，從而使現(xiàn)代物流呈現(xiàn)出一系列新的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。本論文首先從研究的方法，目的意義入手，了解國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)外物流的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，并對(duì)A企業(yè)物流改造進(jìn)行分析。利用供應(yīng)鏈管理和物流相關(guān)知識(shí)、特點(diǎn)等內(nèi)容，深入分析了A企業(yè)發(fā)展的歷程、資源優(yōu)勢(shì)、物流運(yùn)作情況，并找到企業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題，利用理論知識(shí)探索解決對(duì)策。根據(jù)實(shí)際情況推進(jìn)A企業(yè)的物流改造工作，為提升公司物流水平奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In the new century, with the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, enterprises are facing a particularly fierce competitive environment, and the flow and allocation of resources in the global scope have been greatly strengthened. Countries in the world pay more attention to the impact of logistics development on their economic development, livelihood quality and military strength, and pay more attention to the modernization of logistics. So that modern logistics presents a series of new development trends. Firstly, this paper starts with the research methods, purpose significance, understand the current situation of domestic and foreign logistics development. And the logistics transformation of enterprise A analysis. Using supply chain management and logistics related knowledge, characteristics and other content, in-depth analysis of the development of A enterprise, resource advantages, logistics operations. And find out the problems existing in the process of enterprise development, use theoretical knowledge to explore and solve the countermeasures. According to the actual situation, advance the logistics transformation of enterprise A, lay a foundation for improving the logistics level of the company.
