【摘要】：隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、一體化進(jìn)程加快,企業(yè)以市場需求為導(dǎo)向?qū)Y源進(jìn)行配置,不斷調(diào)整企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,其中新建、改擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目逐年增多,如何控制投資規(guī)模,論證項(xiàng)目可行性,降低工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及市場風(fēng)險(xiǎn),確保項(xiàng)目投資成功,是大部分企業(yè)迫切需要解決的問題。本文通過對河北某電子科技有限公司擬新建的“年產(chǎn)8000套實(shí)驗(yàn)實(shí)訓(xùn)室項(xiàng)目”進(jìn)行詳細(xì)調(diào)研、分析、論證。從項(xiàng)目建設(shè)背景、必要性、市場分析、投資預(yù)算分析、資金來源分析、財(cái)務(wù)分析、組織架構(gòu)搭建分析、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控分析、建設(shè)規(guī)模論證、項(xiàng)目建設(shè)條件論證、技術(shù)方案可行性論證、工程方案可行性論證、環(huán)境評價(jià)論證、消防安全論證、實(shí)施進(jìn)度可行性論證、招投標(biāo)方案可行性論證等全方位進(jìn)行分析論證,通過對整個(gè)分析論證過程進(jìn)行研究,從而得出正確結(jié)論,確保該新建項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的投資目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)、工程能夠?qū)嵤╉樌?降低新建項(xiàng)目實(shí)施風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy, economic globalization, globalization, enterprises to the market demand for the allocation of resources, strategic planning, adjust enterprise development including the new expansion project, increased year by year, how to control the scale of investment, demonstrate the feasibility of the project, reduce project risk, financial risk and market risk, to ensure the success of the project investment most of the enterprises, is an urgent need to solve the problem. This article through to the Hebei Electronic Technology Co., the company plans to build an annual output of 8000 sets of the laboratory project "to conduct a detailed investigation, analysis and demonstration. From the background, necessity of the project construction, market analysis, investment budget analysis, capital source analysis, financial analysis, organization structure set up analysis, risk control analysis, construction scale demonstration, the construction condition of the project feasibility demonstration, technical scheme, project feasibility study, environmental evaluation theory Certificate of fire safety demonstration, the progress of implementation feasibility, bidding scheme feasibility of comprehensive analysis, through the study of the whole analysis process, so as to draw a correct conclusion, to ensure that the new project construction investment target, project can be implemented smoothly and reduce the risk of the implementation of new projects.
