【摘要】:班組建設(shè)和管理是化工類生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)經(jīng)營發(fā)展的重要基石,班組運行的高效優(yōu)質(zhì)是企業(yè)經(jīng)營成功的關(guān)鍵因素。生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)管理的成敗與否,離不開班組的穿針引線。所以,提升班組的建設(shè)和管理水平,對于生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展有著特別重要的意義。當然,班組建設(shè)和管理,又是企業(yè)的一項基礎(chǔ)性很強的工作,他會涉及到企業(yè)內(nèi)的各個部門的管理和運營,他的改進向好也預(yù)示著企業(yè)整體管理水平的提升和改善。在生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)內(nèi)的班組,是一切工作的立足點和出發(fā)點,他既是企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)營活動的基本組成單位,又是其他企業(yè)活動的實施單位。班組管理工作的好與劣,是化工類生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)安全、生產(chǎn),質(zhì)量等工作的綜合體現(xiàn),是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)精細化管理的基礎(chǔ),只有把班組管理工作做好,企業(yè)的長久可持續(xù)發(fā)展才會有更大的動力和源泉。 化工類生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)一般都具有易爆易燃、有害有毒、工藝生產(chǎn)過程復(fù)雜、生產(chǎn)技術(shù)密集交叉多等特點,班組是化工類生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)安全操作和連續(xù)生產(chǎn)的最直接體現(xiàn)者,同時,班組管理又是企業(yè)內(nèi)最基礎(chǔ)的管理,對企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的安全,清潔,高效起著決定性的作用;て髽I(yè)的班組管理一般應(yīng)以車間為單元,以車間的班組為載體,更加深入和細致的搞好最基層的班組管理工作。班組的班組長是公司和生產(chǎn)員工的主要溝通紐帶和橋梁,擔負著上傳下達,協(xié)調(diào)溝通的重要任務(wù)。班組長的管理水平和個人素質(zhì)的好壞,將對企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn),進度計劃,質(zhì)量控制產(chǎn)生重要的影響。因為化工類生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)的所有生產(chǎn)活動基本都在班組里進行,所以企業(yè)經(jīng)營成敗主要關(guān)注點在班組,只有班組里充滿了勃勃生機的氣氛,企業(yè)才會有源源不斷的動力和旺盛的活力,才可以在現(xiàn)代市場的激烈競爭中處于有利地位而保持長久不敗。班組的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理是化工類企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理的重要基礎(chǔ)組成部分,集中體現(xiàn)著化工企業(yè)的管理素質(zhì)和水平。通過企業(yè)內(nèi)班組現(xiàn)場管理的狀態(tài),即可判斷出一個企業(yè)的管理水平和員工的職業(yè)素養(yǎng),企業(yè)制造產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量可信度與穩(wěn)定性,部門和一線生產(chǎn)人員分工協(xié)作的配合程度;て髽I(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理的前沿陣地在班組,主戰(zhàn)場亦在班組,因此,班組生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的管理水平提高與改善,是企業(yè)發(fā)展和管理水平提升的重點工作。 本文通過對A化工企業(yè)班組管理與建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀分析,,嘗試找出存在這些問題和產(chǎn)生這些問題的原因,以期對A企業(yè)在班組管理方面有更好的幫助和促進,完善并提升班組的管理水平;本文從企業(yè)班組管理文化建設(shè),班組管理制度建設(shè),班組標準化管理,班組長能力培養(yǎng),班組考核評價體系建設(shè)等方面,制定了班組管理提升方案,為化工行業(yè)企業(yè)完善當前班組管理制度,實施精細化,標準化管理戰(zhàn)略,提升管理水平提供理論依據(jù)和實踐經(jīng)驗。
