【摘要】：鑿巖釬鋼釬具是傳統(tǒng)鎢工業(yè)的重要應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域�？偨Y(jié)了中國釬鋼釬具產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展和現(xiàn)狀,重點(diǎn)介紹了錐體連接釬頭、硬質(zhì)合金整體釬和鑿巖鉆車用中大直徑螺紋連接釬頭的特點(diǎn),并分析了各系列產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用中的問題,提出了釬頭重磨再用和廢舊硬質(zhì)合金釬頭殘留刃齒回收利用方面的建議,并重點(diǎn)推薦了"一步法"生產(chǎn)硬質(zhì)合金的新工藝。文章指出了當(dāng)前我國釬鋼釬具行業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,急需解決釬具使用技術(shù)及配套機(jī)具研發(fā)相對滯后,以及廢舊硬質(zhì)合金片齒的回收利用等問題。
[Abstract]:Rock drilling steel drill tool is an important application field of traditional tungsten industry. The development and present situation of Chinese drill steel drill tool industry are summarized, and the cone joint bit is introduced emphatically. The characteristics of medium and large diameter thread connecting bit for cemented carbide integral drill and rock drilling vehicle are analyzed, and the problems in the application of each series of products are analyzed. Some suggestions on the regrinding and reusing of the bit and the recovery of the residual edge teeth of the waste cemented carbide bit are put forward. The new technology of producing cemented carbide by one-step method is recommended emphatically. The article points out that the further development of brazed steel and drill tool industry in our country at present, it is urgent to solve the problem that the application technology of drill tool and the research and development of supporting machine tool are lagging behind. And the recycling of scrap cemented carbide teeth and so on.

【正文快照】： 0引言釬鋼釬具是傳統(tǒng)鎢工業(yè)的重要應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。從資源節(jié)約的角度看,主要由釬具設(shè)計(jì)、制造、使用方法、重磨再用,以及殘留合金片齒的回收利用幾個(gè)方面構(gòu)成。經(jīng)過60多年的發(fā)展,中國在鑿巖釬具制造方面已接近或達(dá)到了國際先進(jìn)水平[1],形成了錐體連接釬頭合理的連接、拆卸、修磨規(guī)范
