【摘要】：發(fā)展純電動(dòng)車是減少中國(guó)對(duì)石油進(jìn)口的依賴、提高空氣質(zhì)量、發(fā)展自主創(chuàng)新的重大機(jī)遇,而對(duì)比研究純電動(dòng)車與內(nèi)燃機(jī)的成本可以為純電動(dòng)車的未來(lái)發(fā)展開路。本文用環(huán)保與能源經(jīng)濟(jì)理論,研究中國(guó)哪些城市對(duì)投資純電動(dòng)車車隊(duì)最合適。通過(guò)第四章的案例研究,筆者分析了中國(guó)純電動(dòng)車的使用背景,江南出租車分公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)情況,總結(jié)了純電動(dòng)車的使用對(duì)出租車公司帶來(lái)的利益并提出了在北京租用純電動(dòng)車的市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì)。筆者認(rèn)為判斷一個(gè)城市或地區(qū)是否投入使用純電動(dòng)車的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)包括全球石油與天然氣進(jìn)口、當(dāng)?shù)乜諝赓|(zhì)量、電網(wǎng)發(fā)電廠。根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),中國(guó)所有的大城市都可以收益于采用純電動(dòng)車的舉措,特別是南方各省,因?yàn)槟沁叺碾娋W(wǎng)碳足跡已經(jīng)比其他所有省低。另一方面,因?yàn)楸狈诫娋W(wǎng)的碳足跡很高,采用純電動(dòng)車會(huì)作使電網(wǎng)清潔的鼓勵(lì)。本文只考慮到車隊(duì),即類似于以出租車、租車等方式使用純電動(dòng)車,這有別于一般的私家車,因?yàn)檐囮?duì)會(huì)更快利用純電動(dòng)車?yán)娑慌c政府實(shí)體對(duì)新政策會(huì)更快反映。本文通過(guò)案例,分析一家用純電動(dòng)車的出租車公司與租車公司,發(fā)現(xiàn)了在長(zhǎng)期中它們都會(huì)有利。
[Abstract]:The development of pure electric vehicles is China to reduce dependence on oil imports, improve air quality, great opportunities for the development of independent innovation, and pure electric vehicles with internal combustion engines can cost a comparative study for the future development of the open circuit of pure electric vehicles. By using the theory of environmental protection and energy economy in this paper, the research Chinese which city is the most suitable for the investment team. Through a case study of pure electric vehicles the fourth chapter, the author analyzes the China pure electric vehicles use background, operation of Jiangnan taxi company, summed up the taxi company brought the use of pure electric vehicles and put forward the interests of pure electric vehicles in Beijing rental market opportunities. The author thinks that to determine whether a city or region in global oil and gas import pure electric vehicle standards, local air quality, power grid power plant. According to the standard, the big city all can benefit from using Chinese Pure electric vehicles move, especially in the southern provinces, because there is a carbon footprint grid than all other provinces. On the other hand, because the grid's carbon footprint is very high, the pure electric vehicles will make the grid clean encouragement. This paper only consider the team, which is similar to a car rental, car rental and other ways to use pure electric vehicle, which is different from the ordinary cars, because the team will use pure electric bus and faster interests with government entities will be faster to reflect the new policy. Through case analysis, a pure electric taxi companies and car rental company, found in the long term they would be advantageous.
