【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步和經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,制造業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,F(xiàn)代制造企業(yè)想要獲得成功,必須要重視企業(yè)內(nèi)部的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程。生產(chǎn)一線的操作人員是制造類(lèi)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的重要組成因素。合理的生產(chǎn)線人員配置,不僅能夠提高企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)水平,還有助于企業(yè)消減人力成本,提高生產(chǎn)效率,增加企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文以某企業(yè)的PS4裝配生產(chǎn)線為背景,通過(guò)調(diào)研深入充分了解了該裝配生產(chǎn)線的具體情況;運(yùn)用SPSS軟件對(duì)長(zhǎng)期工產(chǎn)線和短期工產(chǎn)線各工站工時(shí)進(jìn)行分析;運(yùn)用ED(Enterprise Dynamics)仿真工具對(duì)這種裝配生產(chǎn)線在不同的人員配置條件下建立生產(chǎn)線運(yùn)行的仿真模型;對(duì)分別由長(zhǎng)期工和短期工組成的產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行人員結(jié)構(gòu)分析;將長(zhǎng)期工和短期工合理混合重組得到兩條新的人員結(jié)構(gòu)組成的產(chǎn)線,從而提高產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)能之和。具體內(nèi)容如下:1)通過(guò)調(diào)研,熟悉PS4裝配生產(chǎn)線的布局、生產(chǎn)流程、SOP、產(chǎn)線人員配置情況、各工站內(nèi)容,測(cè)量出多組長(zhǎng)期工和短期工的工站工作時(shí)間;2)通過(guò)參考文獻(xiàn),了解排隊(duì)論中服務(wù)時(shí)間服從隨機(jī)分布的種類(lèi),運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件SPSS對(duì)長(zhǎng)期工和短期工組成產(chǎn)線每個(gè)工站的工作時(shí)間進(jìn)行分析,得到工站工作時(shí)間服從正態(tài)分布;3)運(yùn)用仿真軟件ED對(duì)分別由長(zhǎng)期工和短期工組成的兩種產(chǎn)線,根據(jù)SPSS軟件分析得到的工站工作時(shí)間的均值和方差,建模仿真得到兩種不同人員結(jié)構(gòu)組成下產(chǎn)線每天的產(chǎn)能,長(zhǎng)期工產(chǎn)線為1543pcs,而短期工的為980pcs。4)運(yùn)用組織行為學(xué)的知識(shí)對(duì)兩種產(chǎn)線的人員結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,將原有人員按照三種不同的方法重新配置得到兩條新的產(chǎn)線,進(jìn)行仿真得到兩條產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)能之和,選擇出最佳方案,每天產(chǎn)能提高300pcs。并結(jié)合生產(chǎn)線員工的特點(diǎn),提出一些對(duì)他們的激勵(lì)措施,給產(chǎn)線管理人員參考和建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of science and technology and the progress of economy, the rapid development of modern manufacturing industry. The manufacturing enterprises want to succeed, must pay attention to internal production process. The production line operators is an important factor of manufacturing enterprises. Reasonable production line personnel, not only can improve the level of production, and to help companies reduce labor costs, improve production efficiency, increase the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the background of PS4 assembly line of an enterprise, through in-depth investigation to fully understand the specific situation of assembly line; use of long line and short term production line of each working station work were analyzed using ED SPSS software; (Enterprise Dynamics) on the assembly line simulation tool to establish the simulation model of the production line operation in the personnel configuration under different conditions; for long-term and short-term work respectively by The personnel structure analysis consists of the production line; long-term and short-term workers to get reasonable mixed restructuring two new personnel structure of the production line, so as to improve the production capacity and the specific contents are as follows: 1) through research, familiar with PS4 assembly line layout, production process, SOP production line staff the configuration of each working station, content, measure the working hours and working group on long-term short-term workers work station; 2) by reference to the literature, understanding Business Hours queuing theory to kinds of random distribution, using the analysis software SPSS on the long-term and short-term workers group into the production line of each station's work time data analysis get the work station, work time obeys normal distribution; 3) using simulation software ED on the two line are respectively composed of long-term and short-term workers, according to the mean and variance of SPSS software analysis of the work station work time, modeling and simulation are two Different personnel structure production line daily production capacity, long production line for 1543pcs, and 980pcs.4) for the temporary use of organizational behavior to analyze two kinds of production line personnel, the original personnel in accordance with the three different methods to the allocation of two new production line, by simulation the two production line capacity and the selection of the best scheme, every day the yield is increased by 300pcs. and combined with the characteristics of the production line staff, some of their incentives to production management reference and recommendations.
