【摘要】：近幾年,全球鋼鐵形勢嚴(yán)峻,為了更加高效、精確地進(jìn)行人力資源管理,SG集團(tuán)必須實(shí)現(xiàn)人力資源信息化管理,提高工作效率,提高管理水平,保障SG集團(tuán)的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。本文系統(tǒng)地運(yùn)用所學(xué)項(xiàng)目管理知識,重點(diǎn)對人力資源信息化項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的管理進(jìn)行論述,主要研究內(nèi)容包括以下三個方面:(1)SG集團(tuán)人力資源信息化的現(xiàn)狀與問題分析。這部分內(nèi)容主要通過對SG集團(tuán)人力資源信息化現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,找出制約SG集團(tuán)人力資源信息化發(fā)展的主要因素,進(jìn)而明確下一步的改進(jìn)方向。(2)項(xiàng)目管理的理念和方法在SG集團(tuán)人力資源管理信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)中的運(yùn)用。這部分內(nèi)容在對項(xiàng)目背景、特點(diǎn)簡要分析的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)圖(WBS)、責(zé)任分配矩陣等項(xiàng)目管理的方法對SG集團(tuán)人力資源信息化項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行管理和實(shí)施,確定項(xiàng)目的范圍,構(gòu)建組織結(jié)構(gòu),將項(xiàng)目工作進(jìn)行分解。(3)對SG集團(tuán)人力資源管理信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理進(jìn)行研究,對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度實(shí)施與控制進(jìn)行分析。這部分內(nèi)容研究如何利用甘特圖、關(guān)鍵線路法、里程碑計(jì)劃等項(xiàng)目管理工具,對項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度進(jìn)行管理。通過對SG集團(tuán)人力資源信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理進(jìn)行研究和實(shí)踐,得出的結(jié)論具有一定的針對性和指導(dǎo)意義。希望本文的研究能夠?qū)?xiàng)目管理理論在實(shí)現(xiàn)人力資源信息化建設(shè)中起到一點(diǎn)綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the global steel situation is grim, in order to more efficient and accurate management of human resources, SG group must realize the informatization management of human resources, improve work efficiency, improve the management level, to ensure the stable development of the SG group. This paper systematically applying the project management knowledge, focus on human resources management informationization project schedule discusses the main research contents include the following three aspects: (1) analysis of the current situation and problems of human resource information of the SG group. This part mainly through the present situation of human resources information and the existing problems of SG group were analyzed to find out the main factors restricting the development of human resources information of SG group, and a clear direction for improvement step. (2) by using the concept and method of project management in the construction of SG group in human resource management information system. This part of the project background, characteristics Based on the brief analysis, using work breakdown structure (WBS), management and implementation of the SG group human resources information project responsibility assignment matrix project management method, to determine the scope of the project, construction of organizational structure, the project work decomposition. (3) to study the SG group construction project human resource management information the system of project schedule management, schedule planning, project implementation and analysis and control. This part studies how to use the Gantt chart, critical path method, project management tools to manage the milepost plan, project progress. Research and practice through the schedule management of SG group project human resource information system construction, the the conclusion has a certain relevance and significance. This study can hope to project management theory in the realization of human resources information construction plays a bit A pygmy.
