【摘要】：隨著市場經(jīng)濟的深入開展,我國企業(yè)在改革和發(fā)展過程中面臨著越來越多、越來越復雜的財務(wù)風險。這些風險給企業(yè)經(jīng)營造成了重大的影響,并直接影響到整個國家的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和整個社會的穩(wěn)定。經(jīng)濟活動的高風險迫使企業(yè)必須識別所面臨的財務(wù)風險,了解風險的性質(zhì)以及風險事故發(fā)生可能造成的損失后果,并在此基礎(chǔ)上制定與實施對自己最有效的風險防范措施,盡量避免可能出現(xiàn)的不利后果,減少可能的損失,維持企業(yè)正常的經(jīng)營活動。所以怎么樣預防、控制和規(guī)避財務(wù)風險是每個企業(yè)都要面臨的重要考驗。本文通過對企業(yè)財務(wù)風險進行系統(tǒng)深入的理論研究,根據(jù)沈陽AL公司的實際情況,對于財務(wù)風險的形成原因進行了分析與總結(jié)。并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出財務(wù)風險控制對策,對防范和化解企業(yè)財務(wù)風險,優(yōu)化企業(yè)的資源配置,保持企業(yè)健康、穩(wěn)定、快速的發(fā)可持續(xù)展,具有極為重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文主要是從企業(yè)財務(wù)風險定義入手,通過對沈陽AL公司財務(wù)風險表現(xiàn)的認識,分析財務(wù)風險的形成原因,并探求防范企業(yè)財務(wù)風險的方法對策,降低企業(yè)財務(wù)風險。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the market economy, China's enterprises are facing more and more in the process of reform and development, more and more complex financial risk. These risks has a significant impact to the enterprise management, and directly affects the development of national economy and the stability of the whole society. The economic activities of enterprises are forced to identify high risk facing the financial risk, the risk of understanding the nature of the accident and the risk of possible consequences of the loss, and on the basis of the development and implementation of their most effective risk prevention measures to avoid possible adverse consequences, may reduce the loss of enterprises to maintain normal business activities. Therefore, how to prevent, control and avoid financial risk is an important test of each enterprise must face. This paper through in-depth study of the theory on enterprise financial risk, according to the Shenyang AL company. The actual situation, for the cause of formation of financial risk are analyzed and summarized. Based on the financial risk control measures, to prevent and defuse financial risks of enterprises, optimize the allocation of resources, keep the enterprise healthy, stable, sustainable and rapid development, has extremely important practical significance. This paper is mainly from the start the definition of enterprise financial risk, through the understanding of the financial risk of Shenyang AL company, analyzing the reasons for the formation of financial risk, and explore the countermeasures to guard against financial risks, reduce the risk of corporate finance.
