【摘要】:由于采購(gòu)環(huán)節(jié)關(guān)系著整條供應(yīng)鏈的運(yùn)作效率,并對(duì)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程及成本高低發(fā)揮著重要的作用,因此采購(gòu)管理現(xiàn)已逐步成為多數(shù)企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)其柔性化經(jīng)營(yíng)、提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要手段之一。 本文選擇了供應(yīng)鏈下的采購(gòu)管理作為研究課題,以W汽車公司為案例公司來(lái)進(jìn)行分析研究,首先本論文通過(guò)介紹供應(yīng)鏈及采購(gòu)管理的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論及研究現(xiàn)狀作為文章的理論工具,在此基礎(chǔ)之上分析研究了W汽車公司采購(gòu)管理的現(xiàn)狀及其所存在的問(wèn)題,經(jīng)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)包括W汽車公司在內(nèi)的多數(shù)汽車制造企業(yè)都存在著采購(gòu)效率低下、采購(gòu)成本過(guò)高等這一系列的問(wèn)題,因而導(dǎo)致其采購(gòu)工作并不能保證公司滿足日益?zhèn)性化的市場(chǎng)需求,其采購(gòu)管理模式早已不能適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的需求。因此,優(yōu)化采購(gòu)管理模式對(duì)于W汽車公司的未來(lái)發(fā)展來(lái)說(shuō)是至關(guān)重要的。所以本文的最后一部分便針對(duì)W汽車公司采購(gòu)管理所出現(xiàn)的這些問(wèn)題分別從采購(gòu)管理模式、采購(gòu)人員隊(duì)伍優(yōu)化、采購(gòu)信息管理平臺(tái)的構(gòu)建以及與供應(yīng)商的關(guān)系等幾方面提出優(yōu)化整改建議。最后通過(guò)本論文的研究,希望能對(duì)W汽車公司及同行業(yè)其他公司的采購(gòu)管理的優(yōu)化提供借鑒與參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Because the procurement link relates to the operation efficiency of the whole supply chain, and plays an important role in the production process and the cost of the enterprise, procurement management has gradually become the majority of enterprises to achieve its flexible management. One of the important means of improving competitiveness. This paper chooses the purchasing management under the supply chain as the research topic, taking W automobile company as the case to carry on the analysis research. First of all, this paper introduces the supply chain and procurement management related to the basic theory and research status as a theoretical tool of the article. On this basis, the paper analyzes and studies the current situation and existing problems of procurement management in W Automobile Company. It is found that the procurement efficiency is low in most automobile manufacturing enterprises including W Automobile Company. This series of problems, such as too high procurement cost, lead to the procurement work can not ensure that the company can meet the increasingly personalized market demand, its procurement management model has not been able to meet the needs of market competition. It is very important to optimize the purchasing management mode for the future development of W Automobile Company. Therefore, the last part of this paper focuses on these problems of W Automobile Company procurement management from the procurement management model. The optimization of purchasing staff, the construction of procurement information management platform and the relationship between procurement information management platform and suppliers are proposed. Finally, through the study of this paper. This paper hopes to provide reference and reference value for the optimization of purchasing management of W Automobile Company and other companies in the same industry.
