【摘要】：信息化是機(jī)器設(shè)備評(píng)估發(fā)展的基本趨勢(shì)，是實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)器設(shè)備相關(guān)工程技術(shù)知識(shí)、資產(chǎn)評(píng)估理論與評(píng)估實(shí)踐有效結(jié)合的工具，能很好的整合社會(huì)資源，提高機(jī)器設(shè)備評(píng)估的科學(xué)性。十二五規(guī)劃和中國(guó)注冊(cè)評(píng)估師協(xié)會(huì)第四次代表大會(huì)都把評(píng)估行業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)提到重要的位置，機(jī)器設(shè)備評(píng)估信息化是評(píng)估行業(yè)目前面臨的一個(gè)重要課題。本文研究機(jī)器設(shè)備評(píng)估決策支持系統(tǒng)，驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng)功能，證實(shí)機(jī)器設(shè)備評(píng)估信息化的可行性，具有理論和實(shí)踐意義。 機(jī)器設(shè)備種類繁多，評(píng)估涉及領(lǐng)域多，技術(shù)難度大。為此，本文引入質(zhì)量管理的PDCA循環(huán)理論，構(gòu)建基于評(píng)估優(yōu)化的機(jī)器設(shè)備評(píng)估體系；結(jié)合決策支持系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)技術(shù)和B/S架構(gòu)技術(shù)，構(gòu)建機(jī)器設(shè)備評(píng)估決策支持體系，包括數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和模型庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)；并結(jié)合機(jī)器設(shè)備評(píng)估的特點(diǎn)，設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)估方法選擇模塊，從知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)、評(píng)估程序和評(píng)估方法三個(gè)方面優(yōu)化了機(jī)器設(shè)備評(píng)估。 決策支持的目的是為了盡可能提高評(píng)估的科學(xué)性和評(píng)估質(zhì)量。本文運(yùn)用MEVDSS對(duì)沅江紙業(yè)機(jī)器設(shè)備評(píng)估項(xiàng)目提供決策支持，主要體現(xiàn)在數(shù)據(jù)獲取、評(píng)估方法運(yùn)用和評(píng)估結(jié)果管理三個(gè)方面。通過(guò)結(jié)果比較分析，證實(shí)MEVDSS確實(shí)能提高機(jī)器設(shè)備評(píng)估的信息化程度，降低評(píng)估的主觀性，增強(qiáng)科學(xué)性，通過(guò)對(duì)評(píng)估結(jié)果的有效管理優(yōu)化了評(píng)估的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Informatization is the basic trend of the development of machine and equipment evaluation. It is a tool to realize the engineering technical knowledge of machinery and equipment and the effective combination of asset evaluation theory and evaluation practice. It can integrate social resources very well. The 12th Five-Year Plan and the 4th Congress of the China Association of Certified Appraisers all put the information construction of the evaluation industry into an important position. The machine equipment evaluation information is an important subject of the evaluation industry at present. This paper studies the machine equipment evaluation decision support system, verifies the function of the system, and verifies the feasibility of the machine equipment evaluation information system. It has theoretical and practical significance. There are many kinds of machines and equipments, many fields are involved in evaluation, and the technology is difficult. Therefore, this paper introduces the PDCA cycle theory of quality management, and constructs the evaluation system of machine equipment based on evaluation optimization. Combined with decision support system (DSS), data warehouse (DW) and B / S architecture technology, a decision support system (DSS) for machine equipment evaluation is constructed, including database management system design and model base management system design. Combined with the characteristics of machine equipment evaluation, the evaluation method selection module is designed and optimized from three aspects: knowledge structure, evaluation procedure and evaluation method. The purpose of decision support is to improve the science and quality of evaluation as far as possible. This paper uses MEVDSS to provide decision support for the evaluation project of Yuanjiang paper industry machinery and equipment, which is mainly reflected in data acquisition. Through the comparative analysis of the results, it is proved that MEVDSS can improve the information level of machine and equipment evaluation, reduce the subjectivity of evaluation, and enhance the scientific nature. The knowledge structure of evaluation is optimized by effective management of evaluation results.
