【摘要】:隨著汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展以及各商業(yè)銀行為爭奪市場份額而展開的競爭,以信用卡分期為載體的汽車消費信貸業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展迅速,但由于汽車消費貸款風險性質(zhì)的特殊性,信用體制的不完善,擔保和保險制度的不完善,使得汽車消費貸款壞賬的不斷上升,阻礙了這一業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展。為此,一直以來在汽車消費信貸業(yè)務(wù)中發(fā)展態(tài)勢良好的農(nóng)行龍巖分行也面臨著進退兩難的境地,是放松辦貸條件提升業(yè)務(wù)量,還是以風險防控為主穩(wěn)健的開辦業(yè)務(wù),是該行亟須解決的問題。本文從實際出發(fā),,通過對農(nóng)行龍巖分行汽車消費信貸業(yè)務(wù)的特點和存在的問題進行了深入的總結(jié)、分析,探討汽車消費信貸問題的發(fā)展對策,通過設(shè)計合理的業(yè)務(wù)辦理流程,加強內(nèi)部管理,提升業(yè)務(wù)風險預警和處置水平,推動汽車消費信貸業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的對策和措施。 首先,在前人研究及實證分析基礎(chǔ)上,由汽車消費貸款業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)涵和特點入手,概括了龍巖市汽車消費貸款發(fā)展的三個階段,進而闡述農(nóng)行龍巖分行汽車消費信貸業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展概況和特點,分析長期以來農(nóng)行龍巖分行汽車消費貸款快速發(fā)展的原因,主要是專業(yè)化經(jīng)營和一站式服務(wù),同時加強精細化管理,以防范信貸風險。 其次,本研究提出了農(nóng)行龍巖分行汽車消費信貸現(xiàn)存問題,主要有:貸款風險明顯偏高、同業(yè)競爭日趨激烈、貸款管理難度加大,并對這些問題從業(yè)務(wù)方面、信用方面、操作方面三個因素進行剖析。 最后本研究分析了當前汽車消費貸款業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的趨勢,提出農(nóng)行龍巖分行汽車消費貸款應(yīng)采取的“間客式”發(fā)展模式,并針對如何加強風險防控提出管理模型的構(gòu)建,提出一些符合實情、操作性強的對策建議。本研究認為,隨著當今汽車經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,汽車消費信貸業(yè)務(wù)也必將快速轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,所以,本研究以龍巖地區(qū)汽車消費信貸業(yè)務(wù)面臨的風險問題入手,重點探索出一套適用農(nóng)行龍巖分行汽車消費貸款業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的機制,應(yīng)該對本地區(qū)的汽車消費信貸業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展具有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of automobile industry and the competition of commercial banks to compete for market share, the automobile consumption credit business with credit card as the carrier is developing rapidly. However, because of the particularity of the risk of automobile consumption loan, the imperfect credit system and the imperfect guarantee and insurance system, the bad debt of automobile consumption loan is rising constantly, which hinders the development of this business. Agricultural Bank Longyan Branch, which has been developing in the automobile consumption credit business for a long time, is also faced with a dilemma, that is, to relax the lending conditions to enhance the business volume, or to take risk prevention and control as the main robust business. This paper analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of the automobile consumption credit business of Longyan Branch of Agricultural Bank of China. This paper discusses the development countermeasures of automobile consumption credit problem, through the design of reasonable business process, strengthen internal management, improve the level of business risk warning and disposal. The countermeasures and measures to promote the development of automobile consumption credit business. First of all, on the basis of previous research and empirical analysis, this paper summarizes the three stages of the development of automobile consumption loan in Longyan City, starting with the connotation and characteristics of automobile consumption loan business. Then it expounds the general situation and characteristics of the automobile consumption credit business of Longyan Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, and analyzes the reasons for the rapid development of automobile consumption loan in Longyan Branch of Agricultural Bank of China for a long time, mainly specialized management and one-stop service. At the same time, strengthen the fine management to prevent credit risk. Secondly, this study puts forward the existing problems of automobile consumption credit in Longyan Branch of Agricultural Bank of China. The main problems are: the loan risk is obviously high, the competition of the same industry is becoming more and more intense, the difficulty of loan management is increasing, and these problems are from the business aspect. Credit, operational aspects of the analysis of three factors. Finally, this paper analyzes the current development trend of automobile consumption loan business, and puts forward the "inter-customer" development mode that should be adopted in the automobile consumption loan of Longyan Branch of Agricultural Bank of China. In view of how to strengthen the risk prevention and control proposed the management model construction, proposed some in line with the reality, the maneuverability strong countermeasure suggestion. This research thinks, along with the present automobile economy development. Automobile consumption credit business will also be rapid transformation and development, so this study starts with the risk of automobile consumption credit business in Longyan area. It is important to explore a suitable mechanism for the development of automobile consumption loan business in Longyan Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, which should be of practical significance to the development of auto consumption credit business in this area.
