【摘要】:現(xiàn)代化的電力工程項(xiàng)目面臨著缺乏科學(xué)管理的現(xiàn)實(shí)。電力工程項(xiàng)目是資金密集、工期緊張、質(zhì)量要求特別嚴(yán)格的工程項(xiàng)目,而長(zhǎng)期的實(shí)踐證明,缺乏科學(xué)合理的項(xiàng)目管理方法,沒(méi)有有效的軟件系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)支撐,電力工程項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施困難重重,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度難以把控,成本不斷增加,質(zhì)量事故頻出。在電力工程項(xiàng)目中引入現(xiàn)代化的流程管理方法,有利于促進(jìn)電力工程項(xiàng)目的順利高效實(shí)施。而基于現(xiàn)代化的流程管理方法實(shí)現(xiàn)的流程管理軟件,能夠?yàn)殡娏こ添?xiàng)目的順利進(jìn)行提供有力的信息化保障。本文在針對(duì)電力工程項(xiàng)目自身特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析基礎(chǔ)上,提出了應(yīng)用于電力工程項(xiàng)目的流程管理體系和方法,并以此為理論基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)行了電力工程項(xiàng)目流程管理的開(kāi)發(fā)和分析,為實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化電力工程項(xiàng)目流程管理提供了技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。本文研究和分析了現(xiàn)代電力工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)施中的若干問(wèn)題,提出了在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施中采用流程管理方法的必要性和可行性;研究和分析了流程管理的一般性方法,對(duì)流程管理的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)論述;研究和分析了流程管理軟件的設(shè)計(jì)方法和原理,對(duì)核心的工作流技術(shù)、流程引擎技術(shù)進(jìn)行了深入的分析;研究和分析了應(yīng)用于電力工程項(xiàng)目的流程管理軟件的設(shè)計(jì)路線(xiàn),針對(duì)重要的進(jìn)度控制、成本控制、和質(zhì)量管理環(huán)節(jié),分別進(jìn)行了流程建模和定義。本文通過(guò)以上內(nèi)容研究,基于J2EE技術(shù),利用JBPM流程引擎進(jìn)行了流程系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),測(cè)試驗(yàn)證,系統(tǒng)部署,實(shí)現(xiàn)了電力工程流程管理軟件的系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用。為電力工程流程管理提供了一種可行、高效以及具備嚴(yán)格質(zhì)量控制的流程軟件,解決電力工程無(wú)規(guī)范流程、管理和執(zhí)行效率低的現(xiàn)狀。
[Abstract]:Modern electric power engineering projects are faced with the reality of lack of scientific management. Power engineering projects are projects with intensive capital, tight construction period and strict quality requirements, which have been proved by long-term practice. Lack of scientific and reasonable project management methods, lack of effective software system technical support, power engineering project implementation difficulties, project progress is difficult to control, increasing costs. The introduction of modern process management methods in power engineering projects is conducive to the smooth and efficient implementation of power engineering projects, and the process management software based on the modern process management method. Can provide a strong information support for the smooth progress of power engineering projects. This paper analyzes the characteristics of power engineering projects on the basis of their own characteristics. The system and method of process management applied to power engineering project are put forward, and based on this theory, the development and analysis of process management of power engineering project are carried out. This paper studies and analyzes some problems in the implementation of modern power engineering projects. The necessity and feasibility of adopting the process management method in the project implementation are put forward. The general methods of process management are studied and analyzed, and the theoretical basis of process management is discussed in detail. The design method and principle of process management software are studied and analyzed, and the core workflow technology and process engine technology are deeply analyzed. This paper studies and analyzes the design route of process management software applied to power engineering projects, aiming at important progress control, cost control, and quality management links. Through the above research, based on J2EE technology, the JBPM process engine is used to design, test and deploy the process system. The system application of power engineering process management software is realized, which provides a feasible, efficient and strict quality control flow software for power engineering process management, and solves the problem of non-standard flow in power engineering. Management and implementation of inefficient status quo.
