【摘要】：本研究以Lichtenthaler基于流程的能力框架為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建開放式創(chuàng)新背景下企業(yè)能力作用機理的研究模型。以處于創(chuàng)新活動前沿的中小型生物制藥企業(yè)為對象,用仿真研究方法對其在不同環(huán)境下連續(xù)創(chuàng)新過程中的表現(xiàn)進行對比和研究。結(jié)果顯示:中小型生物制藥企業(yè)在動蕩的環(huán)境下有著較好的收益和表現(xiàn),先驗知識和環(huán)境動蕩性都影響著開放式創(chuàng)新背景下企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新收益。
[Abstract]:Based on the capability framework of Lichtenthaler based on process, this research builds a research model of the mechanism of enterprise capability under the background of open innovation. Taking the small and medium sized Biopharmaceutical Enterprises at the forefront of innovation activities as the research object, we use simulation research method to compare and study their performance in continuous innovation process under different environments. The results show that: small and medium-sized Biopharmaceutical Enterprises have better income and performance in turbulent environment, and prior knowledge and environmental turbulence affect the innovation returns of enterprises in the context of open innovation.
