【摘要】：從區(qū)域分工的角度確定城市產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展定位是城市發(fā)展的客觀要求,城市的發(fā)展離不開產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展由于城市所扮演的角色不同也會呈現(xiàn)不同的產(chǎn)業(yè)定位。我國軟件與服務(wù)發(fā)包發(fā)端于經(jīng)濟發(fā)達的一線城市,目前有向二線城市轉(zhuǎn)移的趨勢,而二線城市符合重點實施軟件與服務(wù)外包主體功能區(qū)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的條件,對帶動制造業(yè)及其他關(guān)聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展、促進產(chǎn)業(yè)與城市之間協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展非常有益。在服務(wù)業(yè)日益成為世界各國主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的背景下,二線城市在一線城市的引領(lǐng)下,主動承接國際軟件與服務(wù)外包產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移,是推進中國服務(wù)業(yè)快速發(fā)展并在新一輪全球競爭中掌握主動權(quán)的最佳選擇,同時,產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展也必將帶動區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展步入一個快速上升的軌道。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of regional division of labor, it is the objective requirement of urban development to determine the orientation of urban industrial development. The development of urban industry can not be separated from the development of industry. Because of the different roles played by the city, the development of industry will also show different industrial positioning. The contracting of software and services in China originates from the first-tier cities with developed economy. At present, the second-tier cities tend to transfer to the second-tier cities, and the second-tier cities meet the conditions of implementing the development strategy of the main functional areas of software and service outsourcing, which is very beneficial to drive the development of manufacturing industry and other related industries and promote the coordinated development between industries and cities. Under the background that the service industry has increasingly become the leading industry in the world, under the guidance of the first-tier cities, the second-tier cities take the initiative to undertake the international software and service outsourcing industry transfer, which is the best choice to promote the rapid development of China's service industry and master the initiative in the new round of global competition. At the same time, the development of the industry will also drive the regional economic development into a rapidly rising track.
