【摘要】：服務(wù)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)是影響我國(guó)就業(yè)狀況的重要因素。通過對(duì)1978-2012年我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)細(xì)分行業(yè)進(jìn)行協(xié)整分析、脈沖響應(yīng)分析等發(fā)現(xiàn),知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)的就業(yè)吸納彈性和持續(xù)創(chuàng)造就業(yè)的能力最高,資本密集型服務(wù)業(yè)次之,勞動(dòng)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)相對(duì)較低。另外,通過回歸分析還發(fā)現(xiàn),人均GDP水平、城鎮(zhèn)化水平、市場(chǎng)化程度和固定資產(chǎn)投資等,對(duì)我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的就業(yè)效應(yīng)具有明顯影響。為增強(qiáng)服務(wù)業(yè)就業(yè)效應(yīng),我國(guó)應(yīng)進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大知識(shí)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)模、提升勞動(dòng)密集型服務(wù)業(yè)質(zhì)量,實(shí)現(xiàn)服務(wù)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:The upgrading of service industry structure is an important factor affecting the employment situation of our country. Through co-integration analysis and impulse response analysis of service industry segmentation in China from 1978 to 2012, it is found that knowledge-intensive service industry has the highest ability of employment absorption elasticity and sustainable job creation, followed by capital-intensive service industry. Labor-intensive services are relatively low. In addition, through regression analysis, it is found that the per capita GDP level, urbanization level, marketization degree and fixed asset investment have obvious influence on the employment effect of the upgrading of service industry structure in China. In order to enhance the employment effect of service industry, China should further expand the development scale of knowledge-intensive service industry, improve the quality of labor-intensive service industry and optimize the structure of service industry.
