深圳FW快餐公司新店設(shè)立的財務決策研究

【摘要】:深圳FW快餐有限公司是香港上市公司FW快餐集團在中國大陸設(shè)立的獨資子公司,意欲憑借香港總公司的雄厚資本、專業(yè)管理水平及自身在大陸探索多年的經(jīng)歷,趁著大陸快餐行業(yè)大發(fā)展的大好時機,加速在大陸開設(shè)新店,實現(xiàn)自身及總公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。在近兩年內(nèi),深圳FW快餐有限公司確實在貫徹著加速開設(shè)新店的戰(zhàn)略方向,于短短兩年內(nèi)即開設(shè)了12家新分店,但新開分店的營業(yè)狀況均不太理想。 本文的主要研究內(nèi)容是分析新店設(shè)立不成功的原因,并提出以新店設(shè)立利潤預測模板的方式來豐富新店設(shè)立的決策依據(jù),以提高新店設(shè)立的成功率。全文共分為六章。第一章提出本文的研究背景、意義、內(nèi)容和思路。第二章對本文所用到的相關(guān)管理理論進行了概述。第三章對深圳FW公司新店的經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀進行深度剖析,找出公司現(xiàn)時新店設(shè)立管理中存在的問題。第四章先提出以建立新店利潤預測模板的方式來解決問題,然后利用成本性態(tài)理論來對利潤模板中各項目進行成本分析,最后根據(jù)對各項目的分析結(jié)果確立新店利潤預測模板。第五章以所開新店的實際經(jīng)營狀況對所確立的新店利潤預測模板進行實例驗證,評價所建模板的準確性及實用性。第六章對本文所研究問題的結(jié)論進行了總結(jié)。 本文深刻分析了深圳FW公司的新店設(shè)立狀況,利用相關(guān)財務管理理論和管理分析工具,優(yōu)化公司新店設(shè)立程序及方式,使公司管理層認識到新店設(shè)立決策時財務預測方法的重要性,對公司之后的新店設(shè)立具有很強的指導意義,并對同類的連鎖企業(yè)開立新分店均具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:Shenzhen FW Fast Food Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary set up by FW Fast Food Group, a Hong Kong listed company, in mainland China. It intends to rely on the strong capital, professional management level and years of experience of its own exploration in the mainland with the strong capital of the Hong Kong head office. Take advantage of the great development of the mainland fast food industry, accelerate the opening of new stores in the mainland, realize its own and head office development strategy. In the last two years, Shenzhen FW Fast Food Co., Ltd. is really carrying out the strategic direction of accelerating the opening of new stores, opened 12 new stores in just two years, but the business conditions of the new branches are not ideal. The main research content of this paper is to analyze the reasons why the establishment of a new shop is not successful, and put forward a new shop to establish profit forecast template to enrich the decision-making basis for the establishment of a new store, in order to improve the success rate of the establishment of a new shop. The paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter puts forward the research background, meaning, content and train of thought of this paper. The second chapter summarizes the relevant management theories used in this paper. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the new store in Shenzhen FW Company, and finds out the problems existing in the establishment and management of the new store in Shenzhen. In the fourth chapter, it is put forward to solve the problem by establishing the profit forecast template of the new store, and then the cost analysis of each item in the profit template is carried out by using the theory of cost behavior. Finally, the profit forecast template of the new store is established according to the analysis results of each project. In the fifth chapter, the established profit forecast template is verified by the actual operation of the new store, and the accuracy and practicability of the template are evaluated. In the sixth chapter, the conclusion of this paper is summarized. This paper deeply analyzes the establishment of the new store of Shenzhen FW Company, and optimizes the procedure and mode of the establishment of the new store by using the relevant financial management theory and management analysis tools. It makes the management realize the importance of the financial forecasting method in the decision-making of the new store, which has a strong guiding significance to the establishment of the new store after the company, and also has the important realistic significance to the similar chain enterprises to open the new branch.
