臨沂市蘭山區(qū)安邦保安公司績(jī)效考核體系研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的不斷進(jìn)步與發(fā)展,績(jī)效管理已經(jīng)受到了越來(lái)越多的不同層次人群的重視?(jī)效管理被很多的企業(yè)應(yīng)用于日常的工作之中,成為提高其勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率與企業(yè)利益的一個(gè)重要手段和途徑。績(jī)效也是激勵(lì)員工努力工作,追求一個(gè)公司或者組織最大化利益的重要工具。但是,在越來(lái)越多的員工以及相關(guān)研究人員和學(xué)者重視的大背景下,我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)大部分公司的績(jī)效考核體系還不是很成熟。另一方面,我國(guó)當(dāng)前的保安系統(tǒng)的行政管理面臨著很大的挑戰(zhàn),在和諧社會(huì)理念的影響下,保安體系的管理觀(guān)念日益向“預(yù)防、管理、服務(wù)”方面轉(zhuǎn)變,保安公司所肩負(fù)的責(zé)任也越來(lái)越重大,因此,擁有一套完備且有效的績(jī)效考核機(jī)制勢(shì)在必行。 本文運(yùn)用績(jī)效考核的概念、內(nèi)容、種類(lèi)、作用、流程、方法為理論依據(jù),綜合分析了臨沂市蘭山區(qū)安邦保安公司的績(jī)效考核體系的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,同時(shí)應(yīng)用文獻(xiàn)收集、調(diào)查問(wèn)卷等方法,借鑒統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)原理和計(jì)算機(jī)分析軟件等,分析并對(duì)臨沂市蘭山區(qū)安邦保安公司的績(jī)效考核體系的構(gòu)成及指標(biāo)選取進(jìn)行改進(jìn),包括對(duì)考核體系中的評(píng)估者、被評(píng)估者和選擇的考核評(píng)估方法等進(jìn)行改進(jìn),以及對(duì)安邦保安公司績(jī)效考核體系的運(yùn)用及評(píng)分方法的方案提出建議。此篇研究希望將保安公司績(jī)效考核體系更合理運(yùn)用并不斷進(jìn)行改進(jìn)和發(fā)展,極力調(diào)動(dòng)和發(fā)揮每一個(gè)保安的工作潛力,提高其自身素質(zhì)和能力,激勵(lì)其為安保工作提供更加優(yōu)質(zhì)、良好的服務(wù)。 該績(jī)效考核體系研究的結(jié)論,將為臨沂市蘭山區(qū)安邦保安公司建立一個(gè)科學(xué)、合理、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、有效的績(jī)效考核機(jī)制提供一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the progress and development of modern society, performance management has been paid more and more attention by people at different levels. Performance management is used by many enterprises in their daily work and becomes an important means and way to improve their labor productivity and enterprise interests. Performance is also an important tool to motivate employees to work hard to maximize the benefits of a company or organization. However, under the background of more and more staff and related researchers and scholars, the performance appraisal system of most companies in China is not very mature. On the other hand, the administration of the current security system in our country is facing great challenges. Under the influence of the concept of a harmonious society, the management concept of the security system is increasingly changing to the aspects of "prevention, management and service". The responsibility of security companies is becoming more and more important, so it is imperative to have a complete and effective performance appraisal mechanism. Based on the concept, content, category, function, process and method of performance appraisal, this paper synthetically analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the performance appraisal system of Anbang Security Company in Lanshan District, Linyi City, and applies the literature collection at the same time. Based on the statistical principles and computer analysis software, this paper analyzes and improves the composition and index selection of the performance appraisal system of Anbang Security Company in Lanshan District, Linyi City, including the evaluators in the appraisal system. To improve the performance appraisal system of Anbang Security Company and the evaluation method of the selected evaluation methods, and to make suggestions on the application of the performance appraisal system and the evaluation method of Anbang Security Company. The purpose of this study is to improve and develop the performance appraisal system of security companies, to mobilize and develop the working potential of every security guard, to improve their own quality and ability, and to motivate them to provide better quality for the security work. Good service. The conclusion of the research on the performance appraisal system will provide a certain reference for the establishment of a scientific, reasonable, rigorous and effective performance appraisal mechanism for Anbang Security Company in Lanshan District of Linyi City.
