【摘要】：服務(wù)業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分，服務(wù)業(yè)特別是生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展水平是衡量現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展水平的重要依據(jù)之一。我國目前正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，傳統(tǒng)的勞動力密集型和資源密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要，我們急需開辟一條科技含量高、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益好的新型工業(yè)化路子。而生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)在產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化升級，促進(jìn)其他產(chǎn)業(yè)特別是制造業(yè)發(fā)展方面具有巨大的推動作用。因此，我們要大力發(fā)展生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)，促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)之間的良性互動，實(shí)現(xiàn)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)又好又快發(fā)展。 本文首先對生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵以及包括的范圍進(jìn)行了界定。然后在對前人分析的基礎(chǔ)上，基于專業(yè)分工及外包、價(jià)值鏈、生態(tài)群落等角度對生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)和制造業(yè)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析，并且分析了中心型、金字塔型、平行型和嵌套型互動共生模型。在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上，文章還采用了實(shí)證研究的方法，通過對2004-2009年的數(shù)據(jù)分析進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)和制造業(yè)相互促進(jìn)的關(guān)系。最后，文章介紹了我國生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)和制造業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)展趨勢，并且針對我國生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展所面臨的問題，，提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。 本文共分五章。除了第一章導(dǎo)論以及第五章政策建議以外，文章主要分為兩部分：第二第三章為理論分析，主要描述了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)以及制造業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)理論，分析了兩者的關(guān)系模型；第四章為實(shí)證分析，在整理歷年真實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上驗(yàn)證了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)的關(guān)系問題。最后，作者根據(jù)實(shí)證分析得出結(jié)論，并且給出了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的政策建議，對促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Service industry is an important part of national economy, and the development level of service industry, especially producer service industry, is one of the important bases to measure the development level of modern economy and society. At present, our country is in the key period of economic transformation, the traditional labor-intensive and resource-intensive industries can no longer meet the needs of economic development, we urgently need to open up a new way of industrialization with high scientific and technological content and good economic benefits. Producer services play an important role in optimizing and upgrading industries and promoting the development of other industries, especially manufacturing. Therefore, we should vigorously develop producer services, promote the benign interaction between producer services and manufacturing industry, and realize the sound and rapid development of our economy. This paper first defines the connotation and scope of producer services. Then, based on the previous analysis, the relationship between producer services and manufacturing industry is analyzed based on professional division of labor and outsourcing, value chain, ecological community and so on, and the central type, pyramid type, etc. Parallel and nested interactive symbiosis models. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the paper also uses the method of empirical research to further verify the mutually reinforcing relationship between producer services and manufacturing industry through the data analysis of 2004-2009. Finally, the paper introduces the present situation and development trend of producer service industry and manufacturing industry in China, and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions in view of the problems faced by the development of producer service industry in China. This paper is divided into five chapters. In addition to the introduction of the first chapter and the fifth chapter of the policy recommendations, the article is divided into two parts: the second chapter is the theoretical analysis, mainly describes the basic theory of producer services and manufacturing industry, analyzes the relationship between the two models; The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis, which verifies the relationship between producer services and manufacturing industry on the basis of collating the real data over the years. Finally, according to the empirical analysis, the author draws a conclusion, and gives the policy recommendations for the development of producer services, which has certain reference value to promote the development of industry.
