河南省生產性服務業(yè)與制造業(yè)的互動關系研究

【摘要】：河南省是制造業(yè)大省,其制造業(yè)的發(fā)展關系到河南省工業(yè)化的進程,而在當前服務業(yè)迅速發(fā)展的大背景下,制造業(yè)與生產性服務業(yè)之間的關系越來越密切,那么在河南省怎樣使兩者的發(fā)展相匹配,使兩者形成雙向促進的產業(yè)形態(tài),是河南省發(fā)展的重點。所以探討制造業(yè)與生產性服務業(yè)間的關聯(lián)關系具有重要意義。本文基于產業(yè)關聯(lián)分析探討了河南省制造業(yè)和生產性服務業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、產業(yè)關聯(lián)程度和生產性服務業(yè)對制造業(yè)效率提升的影響。這些分析為河南省制造業(yè)的發(fā)展以及產業(yè)結構的優(yōu)化提供科學依據,與此同時也有利于河南省經濟快速發(fā)展和產業(yè)生產效率的提升,使兩者能夠形成一個良性的互動發(fā)展局面。本文首先介紹了選題的背景和意義、研究內容、國內外學者對兩者間聯(lián)系的研究現(xiàn)狀以及兩者的界定等。第二,通過投入產出法對河南省制造業(yè)與生產性服務業(yè)的相關系數(shù)進行分析。分析表明:兩者間的關聯(lián)關系在逐漸加強,后者對前者的投入不高,而前者對后者的投入較高,制造業(yè)是促進生產性服務業(yè)快速發(fā)展的重要動因。交通運輸郵政業(yè)與制造業(yè)的融合程度相對來說較高,其他的生產服務業(yè)部門和制造業(yè)的融合程度較低。勞動密集型與資本密集型制造業(yè)對其他部門的前向支撐力較強,而生產性服務業(yè)的后向關聯(lián)系數(shù)遠低于制造業(yè)的,所以制造業(yè)對經濟發(fā)展所起的拉動作用明顯高于生產性服務業(yè)。第三,通過復雜社會網絡法對制造業(yè)和生產性服務業(yè)間的拓撲結構進行分析,表現(xiàn)了兩者細分行業(yè)間的投入產出關系。分析表明:制造業(yè)與生產性服務業(yè)的產業(yè)網絡集中度不足,相對比較發(fā)散,網絡內部各個部門之間進行交流的頻率很低,基本上是與自身的交流,兩者的關聯(lián)度較低。河南省對制造業(yè)總體的投入力度較大,而對生產性服務業(yè)的投入力度較小。第四,通過分析河南省生產性服務業(yè)和制造業(yè)的生產率之間的影響,我們可以發(fā)現(xiàn)前者中的各部門對后者以及不同類型制造業(yè)的生產率的影響作用存在差異。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)租賃和商務服務業(yè)對制造業(yè)的生產效率的貢獻最大,其次是信息傳輸和軟件技術,表明河南省制造業(yè)的專業(yè)化程度有所提升,且對信息含量的要求有所增加。金融業(yè)對制造業(yè)效率提升的作用不明顯,說明河南省的金融開放程度小,使制造業(yè)在一定程度上存在融資困難等問題,因此對制造業(yè)的作用不明顯。與生產服務業(yè)關系最為密切的為勞動密集制造業(yè),說明其對于生產服務業(yè)的發(fā)展起著主導性作用。最后由以上分析得出結論,并根據結論給出對應的建議。
[Abstract]:Henan Province is a big manufacturing province. The development of its manufacturing industry is related to the process of industrialization in Henan Province. Under the background of the rapid development of service industry, the relationship between manufacturing industry and producer service industry is getting closer and closer. So how to match the development of the two in Henan Province, so that they form a two-way promotion of industrial form, is the focus of the development of Henan Province. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the relationship between manufacturing and producer services. Based on the industrial correlation analysis, this paper discusses the development of manufacturing and producer services in Henan Province, and the impact of the degree of industrial association and producer services on the efficiency of manufacturing industry. These analyses provide a scientific basis for the development of the manufacturing industry and the optimization of the industrial structure in Henan Province. At the same time, it is also conducive to the rapid economic development and the promotion of industrial production efficiency in Henan Province, so that the two can form a benign interactive development situation. This paper first introduces the background and significance of the topic, research content, domestic and foreign scholars on the relationship between the status quo and the definition of the two. Secondly, the correlation coefficient between manufacturing and producer services in Henan Province is analyzed by input-output method. The analysis shows that the relationship between the two is gradually strengthened, the latter's investment in the former is not high, and the former's investment in the latter is higher. The manufacturing industry is an important driver to promote the rapid development of producer services. The degree of integration between transportation post industry and manufacturing industry is relatively high, while that of other production and service sectors and manufacturing industry is lower. The labor-intensive and capital-intensive manufacturing industries have stronger forward support to other sectors, while the backward correlation coefficient of producer services is much lower than that of manufacturing industries. So the pull effect of manufacturing industry on economic development is obviously higher than producer service industry. Thirdly, the topological structure between manufacturing industry and producer service industry is analyzed by complex social network method, which shows the input-output relationship between the two industries. The analysis shows that the industrial network concentration of manufacturing and producer services is insufficient, relatively divergent, the frequency of communication between various departments of the network is very low, basically is with their own exchanges, the correlation between the two is relatively low. Henan province has more investment in manufacturing industry than in producer service industry. Fourthly, by analyzing the influence of the productivity of producer service industry and manufacturing industry in Henan Province, we can find that there are differences in the influence of each sector of the former on the productivity of the latter and of the different types of manufacturing industry. It is found that leasing and business service industry contribute the most to the production efficiency of manufacturing industry, followed by information transmission and software technology, indicating that the specialization of manufacturing industry in Henan Province has been improved, and the demand for information content has been increased. The effect of financial industry on the efficiency of manufacturing industry is not obvious, which indicates that the degree of financial opening in Henan Province is small, which makes the manufacturing industry have some problems such as financing difficulties, so the effect on manufacturing industry is not obvious. The labor-intensive manufacturing industry is the most closely related to the production service industry, which shows that it plays a leading role in the development of the production service industry. Finally, the conclusion is drawn from the above analysis, and the corresponding suggestions are given according to the conclusion.
