【摘要】：隨著當今社會新型城鎮(zhèn)化和特色現(xiàn)代化的加快推進,人們的生活水平和品質(zhì)不斷提高,在滿足了一定物質(zhì)需求的基礎上,逐漸增加了對家庭服務的需求。在我國目前勞動力供求發(fā)展不平衡、人口老齡化加速、下崗失業(yè)人員和農(nóng)村富余勞動力增多的背景下,家庭服務業(yè)已經(jīng)成為了促進就業(yè)、拉動內(nèi)需和增進社會穩(wěn)定的重要力量。 近些年,家庭服務業(yè)在第三產(chǎn)業(yè)中占據(jù)了日益重要的地位,其發(fā)展也引起了國家和各地方的高度重視。本文通過對家庭服務業(yè)的學習和研究,總結(jié)了我國家庭服務業(yè)發(fā)展的幾個重要階段、目前的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、主要特征和存在的問題,列舉了一些主要的改善和促進家庭服務業(yè)發(fā)展的舉措。 為了更好地幫助促進呼和浩特家庭服務業(yè)發(fā)展,通過調(diào)研,統(tǒng)計和研究,論文總結(jié)了呼和浩特家庭服務業(yè)發(fā)展目前存在的主要問題,并提出了“呼和浩特全民家庭服務工程”發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和策略,對標準化和專業(yè)化的行業(yè)運行環(huán)節(jié)制定了詳細的設計和闡述,并設計了監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)對服務工程進行監(jiān)督和管理。通過理論研究和分析,整體策略能夠適用于現(xiàn)實情況和未來發(fā)展狀況,幫助解決呼和浩特及家庭服務業(yè)存在的問題,有效改善服務品質(zhì)和促進家庭服務業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of new urbanization and characteristic modernization, people's living standard and quality have been improved constantly. On the basis of satisfying certain material demand, the demand for family service has been gradually increased. Under the background of the unbalanced development of labor force supply and demand, the accelerated aging of population, the increase of laid-off and unemployed workers and the increase of rural surplus labor force, the family service industry has become an important force to promote employment, stimulate domestic demand and promote social stability. In recent years, the family service industry has occupied an increasingly important position in the tertiary industry, and its development has also aroused great attention of the country and various places. Through the study and research on the family service industry, this paper summarizes several important stages of the development of the family service industry in China, the present development situation, the main characteristics and the existing problems. Some major measures to improve and promote the development of family services are listed. In order to help promote the development of household service industry in Hohhot, this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the development of household service industry in Hohhot through research, statistics and research. It also puts forward the development strategy and strategy of "Hohhot Family Service Project for all people", formulates the detailed design and elaboration of the standardized and specialized running links of the industry, and designs a supervision system to supervise and manage the service project. Through theoretical research and analysis, the overall strategy can be applied to the actual situation and the future development, help to solve the problems of Hohhot and the family service industry, effectively improve the service quality and promote the development of the family service industry.
