信息中介組織收費(fèi)機(jī)制研究:信息不對稱與單向收費(fèi)

【摘要】:本文的研究對象為信息中介組織的收費(fèi)機(jī)制,回答了三個問題,信息中介組織的收費(fèi)對象是誰,收費(fèi)的方法是什么,收費(fèi)的數(shù)量如何決定。 為了描述信息中介組織的收費(fèi)機(jī)制,本文構(gòu)建了消費(fèi)者、廠商和信息中介組織三方參與的動態(tài)博弈模型,并歸納其均衡解,最終得出結(jié)論。信息中介組織向交易中持有信息量較多的一方收費(fèi);采用的收費(fèi)方法是設(shè)計拍賣機(jī)制,并通過獲取廠商對信息席位的競拍費(fèi)用完成收費(fèi);收費(fèi)的數(shù)量由商品本身的特性決定,商品的質(zhì)量越難以了解,收費(fèi)的數(shù)量越大。 本文通過分析幾個實際案例,對提出的理論模型及結(jié)論進(jìn)行了驗證和擴(kuò)展。淘寶網(wǎng)的收費(fèi)機(jī)制是本文理論模型的集中體現(xiàn),其收費(fèi)對象、收費(fèi)方式和收費(fèi)數(shù)量都符合本理論的描述,從而驗證了本文理論。對電視廣告的黃金時間收費(fèi)、連鎖經(jīng)營的商品種類的分析,,作為本文理論在商品交易市場的推廣應(yīng)用。對金融機(jī)構(gòu)盈利來源、人才市場收費(fèi)和保險推銷員工資的分析,作為本文理論在金融市場、勞動力市場和保險市場的推廣應(yīng)用。 最后本文得出了信息中介組織收費(fèi)機(jī)制的結(jié)論,并提出了關(guān)于我國食品安全問題和品牌建設(shè)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The research object of this paper is the charging mechanism of the information intermediary organization, which answers three questions: who is the charging object of the information intermediary organization, what is the method of charging, and how to decide the amount of the charge. In order to describe the charging mechanism of information intermediary organizations, this paper constructs a dynamic game model in which consumers, manufacturers and information intermediary organizations participate, and sums up its equilibrium solution, and finally draws a conclusion. Information intermediary organizations charge the party with more information in the transaction; the charging method is to design the auction mechanism and complete the charge by obtaining the bidding fee of the manufacturer for the information seat; the amount of the charge is determined by the characteristics of the commodity itself. The more difficult it is to understand the quality of goods, the greater the amount of fees charged. By analyzing several practical cases, this paper verifies and extends the theoretical model and conclusion. Taobao's charging mechanism is the concentrated embodiment of the theoretical model of this paper, its charging object, charging method and charge quantity all accord with the description of this theory, thus validating the theory of this paper. The prime time charge of TV advertisement and the analysis of commodity types of chain operation are the promotion and application of this theory in commodity trading market. The analysis of the profit sources of financial institutions, the charge of talent market and the salary of insurance salesman is the promotion and application of this theory in financial market, labor market and insurance market. Finally, the paper draws the conclusion of information intermediary organization charging mechanism, and puts forward some policy suggestions on food safety and brand building in China.
