【摘要】：世界遺產(chǎn)地旅游企業(yè)的環(huán)境行為直接影響到區(qū)域環(huán)境質(zhì)量。文章利用6大類33個(gè)環(huán)境行為指標(biāo),對(duì)世界自然遺產(chǎn)武陵源所在地張家界市的飯店企業(yè)環(huán)境行為進(jìn)行測(cè)度;同時(shí),構(gòu)建飯店企業(yè)環(huán)境行為影響因素量表,運(yùn)用多元線性回歸分析方法,探析飯店企業(yè)環(huán)境行為的驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)制。研究表明:張家界飯店企業(yè)環(huán)境行為總體均值得分較低(1.72);6個(gè)環(huán)境行為指標(biāo)組的均值分別為1.82、1.70、1.63、2.02、1.59和1.43,其中,環(huán)保知識(shí)掌握、環(huán)境管理溝通和節(jié)水管理等3個(gè)方面的環(huán)境行為表現(xiàn)較為欠缺;在大多數(shù)環(huán)境行為指標(biāo)的得分上,高星級(jí)飯店并未與低星級(jí)飯店、社會(huì)旅館拉開明顯差距;利潤(rùn)動(dòng)機(jī)、政府環(huán)境規(guī)制壓力和其他利益相關(guān)者壓力是飯店企業(yè)環(huán)境行為的主要驅(qū)動(dòng)因素;管理層環(huán)境意識(shí)和事業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)對(duì)飯店企業(yè)環(huán)境行為績(jī)效沒有顯著影響。
[Abstract]:The environmental behavior of tourism enterprises in World Heritage sites has a direct impact on regional environmental quality. Using 33 environmental behavior indicators of 6 categories, this paper measures the environmental behavior of hotel enterprises in Zhangjiajie City, where Wulingyuan World Natural Heritage is located, and constructs a scale of influencing factors of environmental behavior of hotel enterprises. By using multiple linear regression analysis, this paper analyzes the driving mechanism of environmental behavior in hotel enterprises. The results showed that the average score of environmental behavior in Zhangjiajie hotel enterprises was low (1.72), and the average values of six environmental behavior index groups were 1.82 / 1.701.701.163 / 2.02n1.59 and 1.43, respectively. The three aspects of environmental management communication and water-saving management are relatively lacking in environmental behavior; in most of the environmental behavior indicators, the high-star hotel is not significantly different from the low-star hotel, and the social hotel is far away from the profit motive. The pressure of government environmental regulation and other stakeholders are the main driving factors of environmental behavior of hotel enterprises, while environmental awareness and motivation of management have no significant influence on environmental behavior performance of hotel enterprises.
