【摘要】：改革開放以來，我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平在迅速提升，致力于趕超世界發(fā)達(dá)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)，然而當(dāng)前我國依然存在經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式粗放、自主創(chuàng)新薄弱等問題，處于經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵時期，亟待采取措施進(jìn)行改善。隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入后工業(yè)時代，服務(wù)業(yè)尤其是生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)越來越顯示其代表先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力的特征，此時我國經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)更加明顯處于落后水平，急需加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型，而我國服務(wù)業(yè)尤其生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)還處于萌芽起步階段，更為顯出快速發(fā)展的緊迫性。 我國服務(wù)業(yè)尤其生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的滯后，直接影響了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整，，滯后了生產(chǎn)力水平的提升。雖然北京、上海、廣州、深圳等一些大城市的生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展較為迅速，但如河北一些中西部省市卻處于落后水平，也導(dǎo)致我國處于整體經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)不能同時升級的尷尬境地。河北省雖然地處京津經(jīng)濟(jì)圈，但經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平卻遠(yuǎn)不如中東部區(qū)域，關(guān)鍵在于其生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的落后。目前河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀所存在的一系列問題，必然要求其通過大力發(fā)展生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)來推動產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級，使生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)競爭力水平得到明顯提升的同時，促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式的有效轉(zhuǎn)變，從而增強(qiáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的綜合競爭力。 本文以經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)為理論指導(dǎo)，以研究河北省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)對制造業(yè)的影響為出發(fā)點(diǎn)和歸宿點(diǎn)，同時以本文研究的結(jié)論為契機(jī)，對生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展提供良好對策。 首先，介紹選題的背景、研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究綜述、研究思路、研究方法、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)及不足；其次，研究生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)概念、分類、特征及與制造業(yè)間互動機(jī)制，指出生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的產(chǎn)生是制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的必然趨勢，是經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的必然結(jié)果；再次，闡述河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展情況，說明河北省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，根據(jù)上一章結(jié)論定性分析河北省制造業(yè)發(fā)展急需生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的帶動；第四，利用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法、線性回歸法定量分析河北省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)的關(guān)聯(lián)性，包括靜態(tài)和動態(tài)兩種形態(tài)的關(guān)系，指出河北省制造業(yè)的發(fā)展對生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的依賴性越來越高；第五，根據(jù)前面章節(jié)的分析，針對河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)，為促進(jìn)河北省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展，進(jìn)一步帶動制造業(yè)升級，給予政府及生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)建設(shè)性意見，包括政府的職能及生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)企業(yè)自身良性發(fā)展所必須展開的工作；第六，主要結(jié)論及展望，根據(jù)上述定性分析與定量分析證明河北省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展對制造業(yè)的影響顯著，需要生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展才能推動經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型，同時提出可以深入探討的相關(guān)問題。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the level of our country's economic development has been rising rapidly, and we are committed to catching up with the developed countries. However, at present, there are still some problems in our country, such as extensive economic growth mode, weak independent innovation and so on, which are in the crucial period of economic transformation. Measures are urgently needed to improve it. As the world economy enters the post-industrial era, the service industry, especially the producer service industry, is showing more and more characteristics of advanced productive forces. At this time, the economic structure of our country is obviously in the backward level, and it is urgent to speed up the transformation of industrial structure. However, China's service industry, especially producer service industry, is still in its infancy, showing the urgency of rapid development. The lag of service industry, especially producer service industry, directly affects the adjustment of industrial structure and lags behind the improvement of productivity level. Although producer services in some big cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen have developed relatively rapidly, but some provinces and cities in the central and western parts of Hebei are lagging behind. Also lead to our country in the overall economic structure can not be upgraded at the same time the awkward situation. Although Hebei Province is located in the economic circle of Beijing and Tianjin, the level of economic development is far less than that of the central and eastern regions, and the key lies in the backward development of its producer services. At present, a series of problems existing in the present economic development of Hebei Province will inevitably require it to promote the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure by vigorously developing producer services, so that the competitiveness of producer services can be obviously enhanced at the same time. Promote the effective transformation of economic growth mode, thereby enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of the industry. Under the guidance of economics, management and statistics, this paper studies the impact of producer services on manufacturing industry in Hebei Province. At the same time, it takes the conclusion of this paper as an opportunity to study the impact of producer services on manufacturing industry in Hebei Province. To provide good countermeasures for the development of producer service enterprises. First of all, it introduces the background, significance, domestic and foreign research review, research ideas, research methods, innovation points and deficiencies. Secondly, it studies the concept, classification, characteristics and interaction mechanism between producer services and manufacturing industry. It is pointed out that the production of producer services is the inevitable trend of the upgrading of manufacturing industry and the inevitable result of economic structure optimization. According to the conclusion of the previous chapter, the qualitative analysis of the development of Hebei Province's manufacturing industry is in urgent need of producer services; fourth, the relationship between producer services and manufacturing industry in Hebei Province is analyzed quantitatively by means of statistical analysis and linear regression analysis. Including the relationship between static and dynamic forms, it is pointed out that the development of manufacturing industry in Hebei Province is becoming more and more dependent on producer services. Fifth, according to the analysis of the previous chapters, the economic structure of Hebei Province, In order to promote the development of producer services enterprises in Hebei Province and further promote the upgrading of manufacturing industries, constructive suggestions are given to the government and producer service enterprises. Including the functions of the government and the work that must be carried out for the healthy development of producer services enterprises. Sixth, the main conclusions and prospects, According to the above qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, it is proved that the development of producer services in Hebei Province has a significant impact on the manufacturing industry, and the rapid development of producer services is needed to promote the transformation of economic structure. At the same time, some related problems that can be discussed in depth are put forward.
