【摘要】：隨著兩岸經貿往來的不斷深入,作為現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)中的研發(fā)服務業(yè)將會成為兩岸未來產業(yè)轉型與產業(yè)合作的重點。臺灣研發(fā)服務業(yè)起步比大陸早,其產業(yè)體系發(fā)展相對成熟,因此在兩岸市場中將享有更多的競爭優(yōu)勢和發(fā)展機遇。但另一方面,臺灣研發(fā)服務業(yè)目前在兩岸市場中卻存在著資金投入不足、研發(fā)人才短缺、研發(fā)資源整合度不高等發(fā)展挑戰(zhàn)。因此可以說,臺灣研發(fā)服務業(yè)在兩岸市場的發(fā)展中機遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存,如何抓住機遇迎接挑戰(zhàn),這已成為影響臺灣能否順利實現(xiàn)產業(yè)轉型的關鍵影響因素之一。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of cross-strait economic and trade exchanges, as a modern service industry, the R & D service industry will become the focus of the future industrial transformation and industrial cooperation between the two sides. Taiwan's R & D service industry started earlier than the mainland, and its industrial system is relatively mature. Therefore, Taiwan will enjoy more competitive advantages and development opportunities in the cross-strait market. On the other hand, Taiwan's R & D service industry has some challenges, such as insufficient investment, shortage of R & D talents and low integration of R & D resources. Therefore, it can be said that Taiwan's R & D service industry has both opportunities and challenges in the development of cross-strait markets. How to seize the opportunities to meet the challenges has become one of the key factors affecting the smooth realization of Taiwan's industrial transformation.
