組織學(xué)習(xí)對飯店持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力的影響研究

【摘要】:在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型背景下,飯店為推動服務(wù)創(chuàng)新,滿足顧客消費(fèi)需求的多變性,越來越重視組織學(xué)習(xí)。文章以長沙、三亞高星級飯店為例,運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型(SEM)進(jìn)行了飯店組織學(xué)習(xí)對持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力的影響研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)知識共享、知識運(yùn)用、知識記憶對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、制度創(chuàng)新和支持創(chuàng)新的影響較強(qiáng),知識獲取對制度創(chuàng)新和支持創(chuàng)新的影響較弱;飯店必須綜合考慮知識獲取、知識共享、知識運(yùn)用、知識記憶等要素對服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的影響,才能有效提升飯店持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力,保持領(lǐng)先的競爭優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:In the context of global economic transformation, hotels pay more and more attention to organizational learning in order to promote service innovation and meet the variability of consumer demand. Taking Changsha and Sanya high star hotels as examples, this paper studies the influence of hotel organizational learning on the ability of continuous innovation by using structural equation model (SEM). It is found that knowledge sharing, knowledge application and knowledge memory have great influence on technological innovation. The influence of institution innovation and support innovation is strong, knowledge acquisition has weak influence on system innovation and support innovation, hotel must consider the influence of knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing, knowledge application, knowledge memory and other factors on service innovation. In order to effectively improve the hotel's ability to continue innovation, to maintain a leading competitive advantage.
