【摘要】：基于甘肅省14個(gè)市(州)的面板數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)整體服務(wù)業(yè)和現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素進(jìn)行深入分析,結(jié)果顯示,現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)需要更高的資本密集程度和更強(qiáng)的金融支持,現(xiàn)代科技和信息化程度的提高顯著促進(jìn)了現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展,而現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)于工業(yè)化水平的"相對(duì)獨(dú)立性"為欠發(fā)達(dá)區(qū)域優(yōu)先發(fā)展該產(chǎn)業(yè)提供了可能。甘肅省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的驅(qū)動(dòng)模式可總結(jié)為:以區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和收入水平為基礎(chǔ),以現(xiàn)代科技和信息化為支撐,通過金融渠道加大資本投入,并能相對(duì)獨(dú)立于工業(yè)化的現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展模式。要實(shí)現(xiàn)甘肅省現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的適度超前發(fā)展,必須通過適當(dāng)?shù)闹贫劝才盘峁┝己玫漠a(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境;進(jìn)一步加大科技投入力度,改善區(qū)域信息化程度;圍繞新型城鎮(zhèn)化構(gòu)造現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)布局,促進(jìn)集群式發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of 14 cities (states) in Gansu Province, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the driving factors of the development of the overall service industry and the modern service industry. The results show that the modern service industry needs more capital intensive and stronger financial support. The development of modern service industry is greatly promoted by the improvement of modern science and technology and informationization, and the relative independence of modern service industry to the industrialization level provides the possibility for the less developed regions to give priority to the development of this industry. The driving mode of the development of modern service industry in Gansu Province can be summed up as follows: based on regional economic growth and income level, supported by modern science and technology and information, the capital investment can be increased through financial channels. And can be relatively independent of industrialization of the modern service industry development model. In order to realize the moderate advance development of modern service industry in Gansu Province, we must provide a good industrial environment through proper system arrangement, further increase the investment of science and technology, and improve the degree of regional informatization. Build the industrial layout of modern service industry around new urbanization, promote cluster development.
