【摘要】:旅游服務業(yè)的大力發(fā)展,催生了經(jīng)濟型連鎖酒店,經(jīng)濟型連鎖酒店的快速發(fā)展和崛起引起眾多學者和實務界人士的關注,經(jīng)濟型連鎖酒店的市場定位于經(jīng)營模式如何區(qū)別于以往的高端酒店,如何根據(jù)中國市場環(huán)境構建經(jīng)濟型連鎖酒店的運營模式,這是我們目前急需解決的關鍵性問題。 本文對論文以中國經(jīng)濟型連鎖酒店全面發(fā)展為背景,首先界定了經(jīng)濟型酒店的概念和和經(jīng)營模式,然后借鑒世界經(jīng)濟型連鎖酒店發(fā)展經(jīng)驗,分析了我國目前經(jīng)濟型連鎖酒店的發(fā)展歷程、現(xiàn)狀和主要問題,這些問題主要有忽視品牌建設,市場同質(zhì)化現(xiàn)象嚴重;金融危機導致經(jīng)濟型酒店融資難度增大;人力資源短缺;管理缺乏專業(yè)化,規(guī)范化和網(wǎng)絡化。結合世界經(jīng)濟型連鎖酒店的經(jīng)驗和我國經(jīng)濟型連鎖酒店的問題,本文以山東銀座佳驛經(jīng)濟型連鎖酒店為研究對象,從企業(yè)經(jīng)營模式入手,結合經(jīng)濟型酒店的概念、特點,經(jīng)營模式等基礎概念與理論,并通過SWOT分析,對擴張期的銀座佳驛經(jīng)濟型酒店的經(jīng)營模式進行了分析,并針對銀座佳驛酒店現(xiàn)階段面臨的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,針對性的提出了構建會員體系、標準化、鐵桶戰(zhàn)術以及人力資源框架建設等相關性建議,為擴張期中國經(jīng)濟型連鎖酒店的市場定位和經(jīng)營模式選擇提供了標準和借鑒。 文章的創(chuàng)新點主要有:①通過總結分析國內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟型連鎖酒店研究的相關成果,對經(jīng)濟型連鎖酒店發(fā)展模式進行歸納;②通過分析借鑒世界經(jīng)濟型連鎖酒店發(fā)展模式,以山東銀座佳驛經(jīng)濟型連鎖酒店為例,提出了真正適合山東銀座佳驛經(jīng)濟型連鎖酒店的經(jīng)營模式和發(fā)展對策。同時,文章指出由于時間有限,對山東銀座經(jīng)濟型連鎖酒店的分析還不夠徹底,對真正適合山東銀座佳驛連鎖經(jīng)濟型連鎖酒店的模式構建仍需進一步完善,這也是今后研究的方向。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of tourism service industry has given birth to economic-type hotel chains. The rapid development and rise of economic-type hotels has attracted the attention of many scholars and practitioners. The market orientation of economical chain hotel is different from the former high-end hotel and how to construct the operation mode of economic chain hotel according to the market environment in China, which is the key problem that we urgently need to solve at present. Based on the overall development of economic hotel in China, this paper firstly defines the concept and management mode of economic hotel, and then draws lessons from the development experience of economic hotel in the world. This paper analyzes the development course, present situation and main problems of economic hotel chain in our country. These problems include neglect of brand construction, serious homogenization of market, increasing difficulty in financing of economy hotel caused by financial crisis, shortage of human resources, etc. Lack of specialization, standardization and networking of management. Combined with the experience of the world economy hotel chain and the problems of the economic hotel chain in our country, this paper takes the Shandong Ginza Jiayi economic hotel as the research object, starting with the enterprise management model, combining the concept and characteristics of the economy hotel. Based on the basic concepts and theories of business model, and through SWOT analysis, this paper analyzes the operating mode of Ginza good Post economy Hotel in the expansionary period, and aims at the advantages and disadvantages of Ginza good Post Hotel at the present stage. The relevant suggestions such as building member system, standardization, Tiebucket tactics and human resource frame construction are put forward, which provide the standard and reference for the market positioning and management mode selection of Chinese economic chain hotel in the expansionary period. The innovation points of this article are as follows: 1. Through summarizing and analyzing the related achievements of the domestic and foreign economic hotel chain hotel research, the article sums up the economic hotel chain hotel development model and draws lessons from the world economy hotel chain hotel development model through the analysis and reference. Taking Shandong Yinzujia economic hotel as an example, this paper puts forward the management mode and development countermeasure of Shandong Yinzhujia economic hotel. At the same time, the article points out that due to the limited time, the analysis of Shandong Ginza economic hotel chain is not thorough enough, and the construction of the real model for Shandong Ginza Jiayi economic chain hotel still needs to be further improved. This is also the direction of future research.
